The team was a little slow to get started but it was also around the holidays so it is understandable. Once we got everything worked out the team was quick, clean and efficient with great results. PM Sinead was very helpful and communicative.

BluSky responded quickly to an emergency project to board up a front door on a cold day. The contractor was polite, punctual and did an excellent and thorough job. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

From my initial meeting with Bill Titus I knew BluSky would be the company to hire for my remediation needs. If someone visiting your home is kind enough to fix my walkway light as the approach my door (he did not know I saw him) I knew he would care enough about the work done on my home. I feel I had a pretty extensive remediation project, that initially was to be two weeks, however as I discovered additional areas of concern, the project became much, much longer. Each time I raised a concern about an area in my home both Bill and Alejandro took care of it for me. They never pushed back, they never questioned what I was asking, knowing it was my home and I needed to be ok with the work being done. The scope of work was supposed to be my second floor and attic (3 bedrooms and a bathroom) but they were able to quickly take on my crawlspace for me and then also my basement that I was concerned about. The whole team worked very hard. Mold is a crazy beast and I do feel they did the best job they could possibly do. I appreciate the willingness of each person that worked on my home.
