The biggest thing is the incident happened on June 18, and it was not that big of a deal, and the damage was not the extent it shoul dhave been, everything had gone through to insurance and it should not have taken as long as it did. There could have been better water litigation. Because of the way they did the tarp on the roof, the water got inside and created more damage and issues than there should have been. Bluesky is who laid the tarp originally.

The team was in and out within 2 hours. It was an awful mess, nasty, but they left it looking new. The team were professionals! Thanks to Jordan, Todd, Mo, and Chris!!
BluSky Restoration did a very good job. I was very pleased with them.
I have found blusky to be very helpful, prompt with response, and most importantly reliable (once they start something they will finish it) and with the highest quality of work.
Need to review pricing for non covered events.
BluSky has provided a very good services and very good restoration for my house.
Thank you.
Very responsive and helpful
Great work and great service!

The price was extremely high. I questioned the bill and found out I was billed for items that were never done at my home. Once I disputed the specific service, the charge was adjusted but the amount charged still seems very high. I wonder if the time billed was inflated as well? The invoice is not very specific. Project Manager stated the notes weren't very clear either
Overall the project took way too long. The date of our fire was the first week of March 2024. BlueSky was recommended by AAA shortly after and we signed a contract in mid-April 2025. The original estimates completion date was December 20th 2024.
The project wasn't actually completed until around December 20th, 2025. The project was for the most part restoring the house to the way it was before the fire with the exception of conversion of a half bath to a full bath.
Aside from the original changes to the one bathroom, we didn't make any major changes as the project went along. As the project went along the original project manager didn't keep us informed or give us clear explanation of what the obstacles for completion of the project.
As we moved through the process we were given one deadline after another from Dec 26 to March 25 to May 25 to June, July and August. We ended up moving in in August even though the house hadn't been approved for occupancy because we needed to be out of our rental housing and couldn't afford to stay in temporary housing any longer. The house still didn't have hot water and wasn't approved for occupancy until December 2025. All of the delays ended up costing us tens of thousands out of pocket for housing costs beyond our insurance coverage along with much frustration and humiliation.
Once we Tich and Eduardo took over the project from the original project manager the process was much better and we are not unhappy with the quality of work, just the timing.
I wonder if BluSky didn't get hit by Trump's immigration crack down which if that was the case more honesty would have been appreciated. It was also obvious that the thankless water heater installation was not something Blusky was familiar with and this caused significant delays and rework. You should have a dedicated experienced subcontractors if you take this work on again.

Great team great work very happy!
My name is Todd Mullins. We used your company when selling our home. I believe this survey may have been intended for Toni Cassidy who was the home buyer. Nonetheless, this gives me an opportunity to share our experience.
No-nonsense assessment and reasonable pricing. Dan was very professional and was not there to sell us on a bunch of stuff that we didn't need. That type of integrity is sadly rare these days. I've shared our experience with others already. Thank you.
