Did the job professionally
Too much to tell
BluSky maintained regular communication with us, keeping us informed of next steps!
BluSky botched the initial estimate for our repair which derailed the entire process with our insurance and delayed our repair for three months. Then when it came time for BluSky to repair the hole in our wall that had been there for three months, they routinely ignored our calls and messages despite being the contractor assigned to the work by our insurance. After they finally got us a work authorization to sign and collected our payment, it took another 4 weeks to begin work on our repair. Terrible customer service. Complete lack of communication. We will never hire this company again.
I was very happy Ian, who was my project manager. He kept me informed and was reliable and professional.
1000 dollars an hour
Wonderful service under very unfun conditions!
We were very pleased with BluSky and would hire them again
Quick response and entire team was friendly and professional.
On time, friendly workers, clean job, hard workers, very satisfied.
This home has been in our family for over 35 years, more than half of us were even born while our family has been living here. After losing nearly everything to a devastating house fire, we were absolutely heartbroken. But from the very first night, BlueSky showed up for us in ways we will never forget. They were one of the first on the scene that night, helping to board up and secure what was left of our home. They mentioned they were contractors who also helped with rebuilds and gave us their card, no pressure, just genuine kindness and support at a time when we needed it most.
We called them shortly after, and from that moment on, the experience was nothing short of incredible. They immediately got to work, outlining the entire rebuilding process and guiding us through every step with clarity and care. What could have been an overwhelming and stressful time was made so much easier thanks to their professionalism, communication, and compassion.
Everyone we worked with at BlueSky was wonderful, Kind, funny, deeply caring and made us feel comfortable. Bill and Sam deserve special mention! Bill was an absolute rockstar who made sure we were taken care of. He kept us informed, thinking of every little detail (including making sure our pool was taken care of so we didn’t have to worry about it), and always going above and beyond. His weekly email updates with photos and information about what was coming next became something we truly looked forward to, they gave us hope when we needed it most.
As busy as he is, Bill always made time to respond to our questions and concerns quickly. They even handled a difficult next-door neighbor who tried to delay the process, and they did it with incredible grace and patience. Bill deserves a raise for his outstanding work and dedication — he truly outdid himself in every possible way and went far beyond what we ever expected.
You can tell BlueSky isn’t just in this for the paycheck, they genuinely care about the families and homes they work with. We can only imagine the countless hours they poured into rebuilding our home, and we are beyond grateful for every one of them. While I certainly wouldn’t recommend experiencing a house fire, I would wholeheartedly recommend BlueSky to anyone who finds themselves in that unfortunate situation.
Thank you, BlueSky, for bringing our family home back to life. We will forever be grateful for everything you’ve done.
Erick was great! So friendly, very communicative, and efficient.

I'm giving it 2 with an expectation that work will be completed well. As of right now, the only work that has been accomplished is the removal of materials and (some) clean up. I say "some" because we were told that the walls behind the cabinets were cleaned and hepa vacuumed. However, after more exploration on our part, we found more water damage and mold behind the walls, so we removed those ourselves.
Also, communication with BluSky has been very poor.
For example, we initiated contact in July of 2025. After an initial visit in the next week by a member of BluSky, he informed us that he would be on vacation the next week. But then we were informed that he was no longer with the company. I was informed that another person would be assigned, but even that work was slow. In actuality, it felt like almost all of August and September were a waste. I tried to get answers about the cost and scope of work, also including the insurance claims adjuster, but it seemed like conversations about cost and scope were happening - but I did not know much of anything about them, nor was I aware of what sort of next steps I could take to help move things along.
Finally, towards the end of September, some movement happened when someone from a local cabinet company came to take measurements and we had to initiate the process for more payment to meet the current prices. Honestly, I feel like I've had more answers and communication with the representative from Hampton's than from BluSky.
At this point, we're waiting for the cabinets to be delivered. I have no idea so far how this fits into the schedule and project management of BluSky.
I was so glad they came within hours of the water getting into my basement. BluSky employees were on time and completed the job in a timely manner.
