I think the biggest thing was cleaning up. I thought they would do a better job cleaning. It seemed rushed.
Very prompt n Rachel was great to work with
BluSky was excellent - every single person that worked on this project was professional and friendly
Misquoted project. Person who gave bid promised services that could not be completed. Had to pause work with Blusky because new services costed additional $8000 on top of original quote.
Blue sky hands down to extremely good care of us and still are my project manager Walter an his guy Aaron are the best i ever had to deal with in this kind of situation
Quick and easy
.
Too many issues to note. Delays (to the point our HOA charges us $100 a day!), multiple errors, change in projects managers without notification, not receiving weekly update reports, Installing wrong products, crooked instillations, backwards doors, and many many more issues.
In almost ever phase. Two examples, the our woodwork was supposed to match our flooring. IT DOES NOT. We understand stain works differently on different woods. BUT not this differently. When we protested we were told there was nothing they could really do. A second example is the kitchen island. My wife very specifically told our project manager where she wanted the island BUT it was installed in a different spot b/c he thought it "looked" better there. My wife had REAL reasons why she wanted the island where she envisioned it. Instead we had to pay the electrician an extra 200 dollars to move a light fixture over. It is not perfect but it is better than it was. There are so many other items that we were forced to swallow so they could finish the project. but we kind of live in fear about the "next" thing that will go wrong
The mediation process for our job was very good and very thorough. Unfortunately the restoration process has been less so. Not telling us the truth on when things were going to be done. Sending out people who were clearly unqualified for the job so that we had to have it completely redone and not sticking to their timeline.
I do not wish to leave a comment.

Based on the finished result, I would consider recommending BluSky. Based on the colossal amount of screw-ups during the project, I'm going to need a little more time before I can feel good about doing that. .
I give an a+ to everything
The knowledge, expertise, clear communication, professionalism, and work ethic that every person demonstrated. The project was finished before Christmas. All in all, it was a good experience. Friends who have experience with Contractors told me that they only had nightmares, so I was very apprehensive.
However, I am happy to say, I had the opposite experience. It was a pleasure working with Chris, Jeff, and every single person on the work crews.
The biggest thing is the incident happened on June 18, and it was not that big of a deal, and the damage was not the extent it shoul dhave been, everything had gone through to insurance and it should not have taken as long as it did. There could have been better water litigation. Because of the way they did the tarp on the roof, the water got inside and created more damage and issues than there should have been. Bluesky is who laid the tarp originally.

The team was in and out within 2 hours. It was an awful mess, nasty, but they left it looking new. The team were professionals! Thanks to Jordan, Todd, Mo, and Chris!!
BluSky Restoration did a very good job. I was very pleased with them.
I have found blusky to be very helpful, prompt with response, and most importantly reliable (once they start something they will finish it) and with the highest quality of work.
Need to review pricing for non covered events.
BluSky has provided a very good services and very good restoration for my house.
Thank you.
