Did a good job in a trying environment. Was pleased with the way they showed up when they said they were coming and were easy to reschedule on a day that we needed them to.
Water clean up went well but follow up work by construction team poor as still waiting several months after to get the quote even after repeated requests and walls are all open
They restored my home to it’s original condition.
The contract was written to indicate they expected some conflect WANTED me to agree to waver a trial by jury in the event there was problem in the reconstruction of my fire damaged house

They were quick and finished ripping out sheetrock in one day, using a vaccum to catch excess dust. They left driers and a dehumidifier but were here daily to check until it was completely dry.
I would not recommend this company.

It was an amazing experience. The salesmen was very accommodating and professional. The entire staff was remarkable in their care, they mitigated what could have been a disaster. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Bad business. They told me how quick of a job it would be. It went from 2 days to lasting 7 days because they had faulty moisture readers. Every time they checked, it said 100% moisture and they never thought twice about it. They just left the equipment at my house and racked up the bill. I was told they would call me to adjust the bill to remove some of the extra days they were here but I've gotten no call. Prime example of incompetence.
Blackmon Mooring had a great response time and kept us informed through the entire process. All of the team members were professional and courteous. This was our first time to have to deal with something like this. They answered all of our questions along the way, never made us feel foolish for asking questions.

Some of the employees who actually worked in my home were great. The business is not getting stuff done. Blackmon Mooring needs to be more responsive and take care of the customer.

They were not very careful with storing my stuff. I had a lot of things that were damaged, and items missing.
When we were flooded, Peter S. the project coordinator came out in the middle of the night, determined the course of action, and then had a crew led by DAVID within 1 hour. They set up dehumidifiers and floor fans to dry out the floors, cabinets, and drywall. They came out the next few days and the results were outstanding.....
My concern is that some of the items that were recovered and listed were not all accounted for on delivery
Blackmon Mooring - Houston is very professional, clean and courteous. Blackmon Mooring - Houston had a lot of compassion for what I was going through. The supervisors and managers were all great. It feels good to work with a company and their employees that show compassion when going through a difficult time.
They went beyond my expectations, especially thee works.
I have a piece of furniture missing and I called them about it and hopefully they will check into it.
The men were very professional and courteous. However they did not wrap my furniture or use care when moving it and resulted in a few pieces being broken.
I just think they were responsive and everything was good. If it was rescheudling, they were quick to do it and were on time. They cooperated with pretty much anything with me and my neghibors. It was awesome, they were great.
The whole crew from the drying to the packing did a professional job. Josh L really did an exceptional job.

Had a similar experience happen to me at my other house (hot-water heater failure); the water mitigation company was significantly better when compared with Blackmon; this is what I'm basing my numbers on.
The staff in charge of cleaning everything on the 1st floor were excellent, accommodating and very professional.
My experience with Blackmon Mooring was disappointing to put it mildly. Their quality of work was sloppy to the point of lacking common sense. Example: kitchen cabinets were removed while the granite countertop was left to hang by the attachments on the back wall. We had to call them back to have supports placed under the countertop before it crashed to the ground. They even failed to dry out all areas of a flooded floor.
The worst I ever had the lady over the cleaning crew has the worst attitude

From the accessment to the work performed was performed in a timely manner and they even worked with my busy schedule. Excellent Job! Blackmon Mooring-Houston are true professionals.
