I am extremely happy with the job that Big L did. There were a few issues with some of the windows that came in, but the company had everything fixed and replaced within a week. The crew was extremely knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond to answer any questions I had. Dan was great to work with.

We had to wait for them to replace doors and windows, and the fact that we are dissatisfied with the installation as well, I think we should be partially reimbursed. We won't recommend Big L to anyone until they do.

You can see the quality with the different windows. I was able to feel the difference in the quality, and that is why I chose to go with the highest quality window.

If we need any further work done to replace more windows, I would use them again. They were very good.
