We unfortunately have had problems with our campaigns. The results we've seen so far don't quite align with what we hoped they'd be.
Biggest pet peeve is that if someone calls at the end of one month and beginning of the next still get charged twice
Costs keep rising but not quality. Attempting to charge for sending extra books, and I still don't care for the monthly charge. Its a pain getting bad leads credited.
I don't believe I would recommend. Between the small amount of leads we get and the continued rising costs each year, I don't think it is worth it. I've also had continued issues with delays in invoicing after requesting a credit. Some of the credit calls I'm asking for are pretty obvious too, people out of our area or telemarketers (we get at least one a month for that). I've had to wait numerous months to get an updated invoice so that we can pay it and I can accurately report on costs. It's been very frustrating and I've not continued the agreement but there is a roll off period so we are still dealing with the frustrations for a few more months.
Has become our 3rd top lead source for a very attractive price per lead and price per sale

My experience with Best Pick Reports is mixed. On the whole, I definitely appreciate the quantity and quality of the leads, and I feel that I have a good working relationship with my rep. But there just have been a number of experiences within the last year that were unpleasant. 1) I think it was last November or December when we started receiving leads through a variety of online websites using the Best Pick Reports number. These leads were confused about who they were talking to, uninformed about how we work, and generally much lower quality than the typical BPR lead. I remember being told ahead of time something vague about expansion of lead sources, but I certainly wouldn't have agreed if I'd known how the extra leads were going to be generated. The whole thing was resolved after a few months, but it felt poorly thought out and left a bad taste in my mouth. 2) I feel like the prices are going up quickly - it seems like we've had two price hikes in quick succession. 3) This is slightly irrational, but the new process for lead disputes really bugs me. When I originally interacted with you all, I was told that the rule was basically "common sense". If it was a call for a service we didn't provide, or from somebody out of the service area, etc., then it wouldn't count as a lead. Now I'm told that the policy was always different and is only now being enforced. Okay fine I guess, but it feels unfair and really irks me.
Costs are increasing to the point that BPR is very close to falling out of my top 5 ROI marketing options

never because the company is good for leads but is terrible for costumer services, also we have to select one dedicate employee to filtration the leads and phone call because the best pick report don't do it the most important for best pick report is send the lead to you and the invoice the end month, we have to do listen every phone call to make sure is the costumer or not!

I love that they represent us well online. When you google our company, all of our 5-star reviews pull up. We do get some calls, just not very many direct leads. We think that our reviews that pop up on Google have helped get us leads. We just don't have a way to track that. I would love to see more good leads come from Best Pick Reports. I think that one of the reasons we don't have as many leads is because we started using Best Pick Reports when they first rolled out in this region. I think the leads will grow as time goes on and Best Pick Reports gets bigger in the area.
