They came back and fixed my problems

This was the third time that my business partner and I had used Best Choice for roof repair as they had replaced both our residential homes in the past.
It was a pleasant experience prior but this time not so great.
Our sales representative was Jamie. At first, everything seemed on track. I feel as soon as the sale was in motion that she was not as interested in completing the process. I had to end up calling to find out details of when my roof would be replaced and basically had to follow up on my own. Jamie failed to return my calls and I was very disappointed and discouraged as we had not had this happen in the past.
I had a good experience with the lady at the main office and the accounting lady to settle our bill, they both helped complete the process . I had absolutely no follow up from Jamie which was not good customer service.

Explained everything from start to finish, checked in with us on several occasions to answer some questions.

I was amazed at the professionalism, how fast, and the quality of cleanup provided by Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement - Knoxville, TN. I did not find one roofing tact.

The service was bad from the start. It started with the salesperson. It got worse with the installation crew who replaced the roof.

Best Choice was an easy, seamless company to work with and coordinate with to replace our roof. They worked very well with our insurance company.

My experience has been a nightmare with this company. This first week, they looked at the leak in the roof, and after much discussion, they did finally replace the roof. I am still having to battle with the interior damage done to my house. They did not make a quick decision on that. There was more damage on the inside of my house, and I continue to battle this.

The two people I worked with were very unprofessional and didn't know their jobs. I repeatedly discussed with them multiple times over things a company should know how to do.

When you talk about doing a roof, the soffit and fascia are a part of the roof. They only changed the shingles and wood that needed to be replaced. The top of my roof looks great, but underneath looks terrible! It's like buying shoes without shoelaces.

The person who sold me the roof lied. The cleanup was horrible. They had to come back 3 different times, and it still wasn't clean, but they said it was normal.

Best Choice Roofing and Home Improvement is easy to work with and easy to get the process work through.

I liked the speed and communication that Best Choice Roofing had. The quality of the product is excellent.

We were told there would be a supervisor on the job site who spoke English. This did not happen and made it very difficult to communicate when there were issues. Materials were not removed on the day we were promised. We had to follow up to get them removed.

They came in my house and sat at the table, and the next thing I knew, we were talking to family. The price was $10,000 cheaper than the last quote I got.

They did an excellent job.

They didn't fasten the gas line back, down. ,nor did they check the tube for the air conditioner run off. And there's still soft spots where the plywood was not replaced.
