The staff was knowledgeable. The roof looks really great.

They have a lot of services, and the people are good people as far as I can tell. I have no complaints.

My experience has been a nightmare with this company. This first week, they looked at the leak in the roof, and after much discussion, they did finally replace the roof. I am still having to battle with the interior damage done to my house. They did not make a quick decision on that. There was more damage on the inside of my house, and I continue to battle this.

The two people I worked with were very unprofessional and didn't know their jobs. I repeatedly discussed with them multiple times over things a company should know how to do.

When you talk about doing a roof, the soffit and fascia are a part of the roof. They only changed the shingles and wood that needed to be replaced. The top of my roof looks great, but underneath looks terrible! It's like buying shoes without shoelaces.

The person who sold me the roof lied. The cleanup was horrible. They had to come back 3 different times, and it still wasn't clean, but they said it was normal.

We were told there would be a supervisor on the job site who spoke English. This did not happen and made it very difficult to communicate when there were issues. Materials were not removed on the day we were promised. We had to follow up to get them removed.

Worst experience I have ever had. They were sloppy and reckless with my property and my shingles still do not lay flat. They will not accept my phone calls, texts or emails.
