Best Choice took care of all requirements for roof replacement from initial contact with us, then with the insurance company and followed it through to completion. Throughout the process they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable with all actions required.
They did a good job, good service, good team work and the salesman Jarrod was great. He took care of me and I want to give him a shoutout.
They came out here in one day and kicked their socks off! My roof was rough, but it is beautiful now.
Such an amazing job and very professionally done I really recommend them if you want a professional and clean job done
We are perfectly satisfied.
Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement did a good job. I would tell anyone who needed a roof to let them do it. They did a good job. They were very efficient. I had no problems. Everyone was nice.
Communication between project managers and between project managers and workers/laborers/roofers needs improvement. Several times throughout the process when I'd call, I was assigned different project managers who, at times, were unaware of the details of my project.
I was coerced into agreeing and signing document when it wasn't even finished then was told by Greg Reardon I had to pay the entire price or finance it. I only wanted the roof fixed, not replaced. It was supposed to take one day but took FIVE days and they said they'd come back and inspect it but have not done it.
They did exactly what they said they were going to do and did it exactly when they said they were going to do it. The work was done well, and I couldn't be happier.
Their response time was very quick.
We had issues with the installation. Had to replace a portion of the roof.
Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement was thorough when working on the roof, and they completed the job in a professional manner.
Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement did a perfect and good job.
Poor communication, poor work, left a mess, not happy with your company
Not
They are a lack of communication and they left a pallet of nails in my yard and destroyed my wood .. and lied to use just to get the job .. I’m sorry I would not recommend them after the mess we went there nothing but a big headache
The very top shingles were cracked and they fixed it by using some sort of glue.
I have quite a few things I can tell you. The roofing is put on well; I like it okay but I had some woodwork done along with it and I have overpenetration of nails to the point that it is impossible to paint inside the holes made by the nails, and it leaves a passageway for water to rot the wood. There is one place where two pieces of plywood have a gap of 1/4 inch between them. I could not talk to the installation crew because they did not speak English. I had to contact Scott to have him communicate with them and nothing ever changed. Plywood on both ends of the house has cracks between adjoining pieces and I have filled them with paint as well as I can. The eaves flashing is severely bent in two to three areas, in an area of three feet on both ends of the house. One piece of plywood had mold on it and I did not notice that until the eave flashing was put on. I have put two to three coats of paint on. I don't know what I can do to cover the nail holes. I think someone should come out and fill those holes so I can finish painting this wood. Silicone doesn't stay flush; I go back in a couple of days and still have half a hole.
My house is warming.
Very professional
Unorganized should had one person though the whole process not three. I was told first my out of pocket would be around $3000.00 end up being $6000.
Fast and clean
Everyone from sales through install were professional and knowledgeable!
They was very professional and nice
I had to call them back to actually fix the underlying rotten boards in the roof, and they also left dozens of nails around my home, and destroyed a young tree. These issues were repaired, but only after I had to go back and forth with their service manager for several days.
