Kept working past dark, only stopped when my neighbor came out & yelled at them for the noise. Started the job at 4:30 pm which didn't allow enough daylight to hours to complete job.

I would highly recommend BCR to anyone. My whole experience with getting my new roof istalled was pretty much stress free with the help from Billy Martindale. He explained everything to me in great detailed and helped me everystep of the way. Fantastic experience from beginning to end.

Failed city inspection

No workers that worked on the roof spoke English. Was told they would work with our insurance company to get them to help pay for more and never heard a word from either.

These guys showed up out of the blue & did exactly what they promised from the day we met. I was kept informed during the entire process and the day of the install, the crew was thorough, efficient, and did everything in half the expected time. There were zero surprises. Be more specific regarding extra materials.

The roof is not like correctly. It is wavy water froze between the shingles. It looks like they laid the shingles wearing a set of cleats is not light flat. It was a bad installment and I would not recommend you to no one. I’ll try to get things fixed here with new people Now I’m tired of it. I’m just gonna post everything that you’ve done.

BCR's diligent follow up with the insurance claim, clear response to questions about the contract, but during reroof made significant error in locating roof vent. I discovered the problem 13 months later, BCR then sent repairman out twice to fix (first time repair was made using incorrect vent claiming not available, second time I went and bought vent in order to leave repairman out of the purchase).

Still awaiting our 50 year guarantee we purchased at the time we paid for the roof. Your office was to receive & print off & bring it to us.

The roof looks great and i love the color,I also loved the efficient work the workers have done and for the price you can't beat it.

I was happy with my Sales Rep until he quit. Then I didn’t have anyone to help me when the roof was out on. No one that put the roof on knew English. They wasted so many shingles. I know I picked up at least one pack worth of shingles that went to waste. That was just the backyard. One of their workers dropped or stepped on my patio cover in the backyard and we now have a leak. It was very frustrating because no one seemed to want to fix the problem other than putting Sealant in it. And of course my husband couldn’t explain to the worker why not because he couldn’t speak English. So, no I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone I know because of all the trouble I had with them. There were other problems but I got fed up with all the run around. They were more focused on getting that $$$ than the quality of their work

Efficient, friendly, professional

I liked Brenn Hunter. She was very informative and answered/explained everything I asked or needed to know.

Did not get other estimates but felt cost was too much. Most people would want to pay less for a roofing job, so I would not recommend for that reason. Otherwise, They did a good job.

Workers hit the ground running. They knew exactly what they had to do and they went to work right away and stayed at it until the job was done. Excellent team and excellent teamwork.

The communication from the production team was very poor. It was really hard to get answers about what was happening with our roof as the workers were working on it. There was not anyone we could work with on site that spoke English, which was really challenging. There was also a clear disagreement between the solutionist, whom we had met with and specked out the project and what it would entail, including redecking the entire rook, and the production team and what they thought should be done for our situation. The project did not go as planned right from the start. We got a lot of run around and excuses as for why they were not following the plan as we had agreed to at the beginning.

The Best Choice personnel couldn't have made the whole process easier for us. Everyone we had any dealings with were so happy to assist us and got everything rolling as fast as possible. Our roof looks great, and we were especially impressed with their thorough clean-up. Nathan was always willing to talk with us and answer our questions. Great experience all around.
