The rep who came to make the proposal to replace my roof told me all of the things I wanted to hear, but as soon as the final bill was given, I received unexpected costs.

Crew showed up early in the morning and went right to work repaired damage and got it done in 1 day just like promised roof looks good and. I have had no problems left premises clean good job

Communication weekly before the work was started was good. However, I was never given a start date. They just showed up, climbed onto the roof and started tearing it up. They did not even let me know they were on my p and they did not speak English. They left and then I heard nothing for a few days after. The job went okay but I never received any kind of schedule so I did not know when they would be back. The roof looks fine but the cleanup was not done well. I am still picking up nails and pieces of the old roof from the yard.

I wouldn't recommend this company to no one very poor service from beginning to end Im so disappointed in how they just through my roof up,shingles are sticking up and looks like some are coming off ....So now this company sucks!

The whole process was outlined verbally and forms were discussed and executed very carefully. Scheduling was straightforward.

Workers started on time, cleaned up afterwords and got the job done in less than a day.

I was in contact with the sales rep and project manager throughout via text and phone.

There was nothing there, and my girlfriend said they dropped a dumpster off. By the time I got home from work, they were done and picked up the dumpster the next day. They were fast and amazing.

It was too much confusion. I had to go back to the rep. The first guy, Tyler, was great. He saw me on Dec. 31. I was not ready to purchase. I had 2 other guys come to my door. One went on the roof and did not show me any of the damage that Tyler showed me. They showed me a video. I said I talked to Tyler, and they had to transfer all of Tyler's notes to this new guy, and I had problems with the guy that came to install; he was determined not to do that work, and I would not recommend them. Another thing is that I had a long discussion with the second guy about what they did on my roof. I could have gone through my insurance company to do it, and he knew that. He went on and on, and then we called Tyler, and he showed me the damage on my roof. Tyler was the only honest person who came to my house.
