Plants damaged from tarps on top for days, construction crew left food trash everywhere when cans were available crew worked past 9pm, had to have crew comeback to cover uncovered roof for weather, crews spoke no English no foreman on site

They messed up my satellite dish, the gutter around front had all the nails or screws removed and nothing was put back, I can see shingles missing from the ground and I was told we would have a 3rd party to inspect the roof and give a report but no one has done that yet

Overall satisfaction. Please reimburse the $650 charge to fix the Chimney. Was billed, however Company could not do the work and I had to hire another Company for the Chimney. You bill included Chimney repair that was not done. Please reimburse. Ither than that, everything went well.

I am very happy with the appearance of the new roof. The roofers did a great job with the cleanup and worked diligently to complete the roof in two days.

Broke column off front porch and were supposed to bring someone out for estimate. Took nearly 3 weeks for someone to come out and estimate was ridiculous.

The installers could not speak English and they failed to install the ice and water shield that I paid for and I suspect they did not install 6 nails as required in sections of the roof. I only received a $400 credit while I paid an additional $4000 for the ultimate package.

The initial home visit was great. The representative was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. We settled on a reasonable price and chose our preferences for the new roof. It was perfect for the budget amount we had set.

The salesman was very informative about your product,very knowledgeable about the quality of the materials, answered any questions that I may asked and very polite.

Communication with the company is not great. I specifically told them that I had company in and that I could not have the roof put on until they were gone. They brought the materials early and did not put them where I requested, and then said they would be there on that Saturday. My family was not leaving until Monday. I had to talk to two people to get that changed. When the crew show up, nobody spoke English. They trampled my flower beds and damaged my gate. I informed the company of this and all they wanted me to do was sign the certificate of completion, and completely ignored my complaint. I did not even get an apology. And no offer to fix my gate.

They were on time, did a great job, and promptly addressed any concerns we had. Left work area clean and neat. We’ve already received compliments on our new roof! Highly recommend this company!

They did a decent job and helped with insurance things. I was told I would get 4 sheets of plywood by the salesman, and I pointed out what I wanted, and I thought it was cheesy they charged me $75 for the wood that needed to be replaced

The work was not done according to contract. They left messes at my home. They did not clean up in the attic, and I had to have my AC man come out due to leaks. Chips dropped in my drain system upstairs, and I had to pay $125 to have them clean out the drain tank. I had a new pool put in and asked them if they had room to stay away from my pool, and they said they did. When I opened up my pool, I had holes in the liner from roofing nails. I told Ben about the pool problems, and I do not know if they will be replacing the liner, and they told me I owe more money I did not know about.

They are good.
