The only problem I had was I paid for the priority ultimate package and I did not hear from anyone for an entire week and I had to be the one to reach out to them. I suggest they move quicker for the customers paying extra money.

There was something left out on my roof. I have a leak in my garage that is coming from the roof. I was under the impression they were going to take care of that. The salesperson told me it would be fixed.

I would not likely recommend Best Choice Roofing & Home Improvement because the installation took too long. I paid for the installation upfront, and my installation was scheduled for the 25th. I spoke with one of the ladies and she informed me that they did not submit the paperwork on time and there was a paper that was missed in signing. They fumbled the paperwork which delayed the roofing installation. I was told I was a priority but then my installation was not completed until a month later.

One of the young fellows who worked on my roof, called me and they said they did not pay him yet. It was about two weeks ago. I feel sorry for him. He asked if I had paid them yet, because he was worried about his money, because he has children. I remember how hot is was and I would ask if they needed water, and I left the bathroom open for them and they appreciated that.

Plants damaged from tarps on top for days, construction crew left food trash everywhere when cans were available crew worked past 9pm, had to have crew comeback to cover uncovered roof for weather, crews spoke no English no foreman on site

They messed up my satellite dish, the gutter around front had all the nails or screws removed and nothing was put back, I can see shingles missing from the ground and I was told we would have a 3rd party to inspect the roof and give a report but no one has done that yet
