They messed up my satellite dish, the gutter around front had all the nails or screws removed and nothing was put back, I can see shingles missing from the ground and I was told we would have a 3rd party to inspect the roof and give a report but no one has done that yet

Met their commitments on delivery and installation workers were well supervised and efficient in their jobs

Everything was fine till the paperwork was signed & the loan went through. Then they didn’t know me. Asked 2 different people for a business card, never got one. Not how I would do business.

Overall satisfaction. Please reimburse the $650 charge to fix the Chimney. Was billed, however Company could not do the work and I had to hire another Company for the Chimney. You bill included Chimney repair that was not done. Please reimburse. Ither than that, everything went well.

I am very happy with the appearance of the new roof. The roofers did a great job with the cleanup and worked diligently to complete the roof in two days.

Broke column off front porch and were supposed to bring someone out for estimate. Took nearly 3 weeks for someone to come out and estimate was ridiculous.
