Overall we would prob not go with this company again. Very unhappy about the amount of debris in my attic and the nails in my yard (one in which I stepped on). This could have been avoided with better communication. We could have been told ahead of time there would be that much debris and covered up our things in the attic and looked for nails on the ground. We were told that we could get additional reimbursement for upgrades that were standard with the company, but would be considered extra by our insurance company. We were told that would be handled after the install. That has not been done and we have asked several times about it. Very disappointing.
Workers broke my dish internet dish when it was thrown off house and broke the receiver. Dish serviceman said it could not be repaired so I have been without internet since you put on my roof. The workers could not speak one word of English and it was very hard to communicate with any of them. I got a new roof but I'm not satisfied. I also bought a rolling magnet and my grandson picked up 180 nails after workers were finished and gone. Yes 180 nails. We counted them because I told my grandson that I would pay him .25 cents for every mail he found.
Kaylee was over the top helpful with the whole prosses. She was helpful with all questions that I had asked and went above and beyond to help us through everything.
