Found Berumen after receiving a quote, sincerely, very near x3 times the quote Berumen provided.

Berumen didn’t simply climb on the roof, take a look, kick out a quote. Their guys also spent very nearly one half hour alone climbing through the attic checking for other issues like current/previous water damage, integrity of the internal roof structure. They then sat down with me for a point by point review of the many, many issues my roof contained which they demonstrated to me when I asked to also take a look up top at the roofs condition. Point by point I saw each and every issue they had communicated to me they were dead on accurate.

Berumen committed to a timeline on each step required and simply met each one!

The crews knew their stuff and executed flawlessly, as well as them being great guys, friendly, courteous!

Bottom line, not only have several of my neighbors stopped me to tell I have beautiful roof, even the City Roof Inspector loved our color suggestion, while “Approving” the job!
