As president of our 14 building, 84 unit Homeowners Association it was necessary to find a contractor that could handle the load, communicate effectively, and handle last minute adjustments with ease. Berkshire far excelled beyond our expectations! Most of our board was still very new and the Berkshire team ensured by time and talent we would have these roofs and other exterior repairs done that met the high standards we were seeking, as well as spent time to ensure we were comfortable along this project.
