Consistent communication. Answer all questions
I'm not sure I'd recommend them because although their work was absolutely phenomenal, they ended up pushing back our scheduled installation twice, and then not showing up, which resulted in me taking off of work since I didn't know they weren't going to show up, and it was the last day I was able to take off from work for the year.

Professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Fast project completion.
Nick, my salesman was great, he answered any and all my questions. The two installers were great, they were friendly cleaned up as if they were never here. I would gladly have them back for my next project.
There is a disconnect between your sales staff and your installers that is common among all home improvement/service companies. Sales tells/sells you what can and will be done. Installers, coming in blind, make and/or suggest changes based on their experience. Not all are better than what you were told would happen. I suggest having installers review a site one or more days prior to installation and discuss real life with you as opposed to the fantasy the seller sold you.
Teddy the salesman was great. Answered all my questions that I had and some that I didn't think of asking.
However, the scheduling was one of the worst I've ever had in 60 years. There is no communication about the windows install leading up to scheduling.
Cameron called & left a message about installing the windows. When I called him back on Wednesday, January 21st, he was very argumentative.
Said that he had left three messages about the install of my windows. When I explained that he had left two messages. One on Monday, January 19th & one on Wednesday January 21st. Which he proceeded to argue with me about.
On Monday, January 19th the message he left said he wanted to install on Friday, January 23rd.
On Wednesday, January 22nd the message he left said that he wanted to install the next day on Thursday, January 22nd.
I explained to him that I had to ask for vacation days for the installation. That I couldn't just take off work at the drop of a hat. That I had meetings already set up for this week.
I was so upset by him that I told him I would call back to set up an appointment for the insulation. That's when he informed me that you were booked out for a while. I told him that was okay.
On Friday, January 23rd Taylor called me. I'm not going to say that this went well either.
During our conversation I learned that Taylor feels overworked and understaffed. That there are only two people doing All the scheduling for installs.
At one point she said she had to get off the phone because her child was throwing up all over the place.
Talyor did call me back and I sent up a date with her for Monday, February 9th & Tuesday, February 10th.
I'm happy to say that the installers were Great! Otherwise, I would tell friends & family to run from Bee Windows.
They took the correct measurements but one of the windows was manufactured to the incorrect size and they don't check the windows when they come in before installing. Six windows came in the exact same size. The installer showed up and said the kitchen window was not right. They had to reorder the window, which took four weeks, and had to do another install; the installer was coming from three hours away. It was a hassle. Their communication was poor during the whole thing. I just called to get the code for energy efficiency for the tax return and have found out the windows no longer qualify because the IRS changed the definition and I was told by the salesperson I would get a tax credit with the new windows. I had to call back and get updates and check on things. Their service throughout the whole experience was awful. The sales guy was a smooth talker but not in the way of a sleazy car salesperson.
The help and concern through out the whole process from sales to install. Everyone was so very accommodating helpful and truly cared about my wants and needs. Great job Beewindow!
Prices are high. Sales needs to explain better and listen to customers needs.
Appreciated the good communication with updates, punctuality of all, and follow up satisfaction with every step.
very pleased from beginning meeting to end of project. I would recommend Bee Window!
Mike, the installer, did a tremendous job on our walk-in shower. He worked diligently, efficiently and cleaned the area carefully when the work was completely finished. I would recommend Mike and Bee Windows to any of my family and friends.
Quality products. Very easy to work with.
Windows are expertly installed. no more wind leaks!
After this job-no way. We spent $5400 and did not get our moneys worth. The sides of the shutters is not attractive due to seeing the caulk and I had to clean up after them after the contractor left. Old nylon plugs, screws and washers and even a new screw that the contractors dropped on the ground. I also have more holes in the side of my house than expected.
Excellent quality from start to finish. I’m very happy with the results.
thorough work. As non-intrusive as possible but pleasant worker. Went about his work efficiently
Basically everything. From initial contact to final installation things couldn’t have gone more smoothly.
They performed an excellent job. They were thorough and followed up.
I am likely to recommend them to a friend because they're efficient.
I love the windows. Donald, the installer, did a great job and was very, very nice. Everything was very professional.
Installation crews were efficient, quick, very professional and knowledgeable with the installation. Communication with updates were nonexistent, I had to contact them for information about the project.
Straight forward and done in a timely manner.
You have to be very patient. We contracted for the job sometime last summer in July or August. They just finished.
