I was very happy with the installation and the windows from Bee Window.
I would recommend because of product and install team alone. Sales process leaves much to be improved.
We had a hard time working with the first representative in our first project. We came back and this rep is good. Our project still isn't completed, we don't think. We pointed out a problem, they said yes it is a problem. Then, when they came back, the same person said it didn't look right, but couldn't fix it.

The salesman didn't include somethings about the pricing until the job was done.
I would have given a stronger recommendation but we did have some problems that eventually were solved but should not have happened.
The installers were great but dealing with the front office was at best confusing and usually misleading.
They did what they said they would do and gave us the information up front of everything that would be included. They stuck by very nicely to the estimate and they were very professional with the installation. They were in and out in one day and I was very pleased with that.
The quality of craftsmanship and the product are great but the scheduling was bad.
Had some issues in being able to get in contact with someone. We had someone come out and measure one of our windows and they were suppose to come out a few weeks later. They contacted us saying they didnt have the measurements and had to come out and remeasure. They lost the measurements twice. They came out and measured windows too short and had to remeasure AGAIN. They called back and said that there was a $1000 balance and wouldn't explain it.
They did a great job.

Product colors do not match - now I have to repaint sections of my house because the color was wrong and Bee Window does not respond to complaints. The only reason I gave two stars and not one is because the price was reasonable.
The gentleman that installed the window was excellent. He did it by himself. He was very well qualified.

The patio doors are good but they left a mess for us to clean up, so I would have to mention this if I decided to recommend.
