We’ve been working on our windows and doors, which we spent over $100,000 on, for over a year. The project is still not completed and there are still problems. They won’t return phone calls and there has been no response.

My custom door was manufactured incorrectly; the slider opens from wrong side.

All was going well with the installation of my Savannah door, when a hole was accidentally created on the exterior siding above the door. There are also few mars on the surface of the door. I have yet to hear from a BEE Window representative.

Last year I contracted with Bee to remove the bathtub and put in a walk-in shower. The whole team was very easy to work with, from the sales/design team giving me suggestions, to the installer and ultimately giving me everything I asked for. I originally declined the door because I wanted to keep using my shower curtains. This year, I asked if they could install the door after the fact. Again, everyone I worked with made the whole thing easy. I love my shower even more now. I have shown the work and told anyone who would listen about Bee bathrooms.

I had 10 windows installed. Only one installer was sent. It took 4 days. I would suggest sending at least 2 installers.

I liked the quick appointment for the quote but the communucation between the quote and the work was lacking, plus i was lied to regarding backordered material.

Honestly, I loved everything about this experience from start to finish. The quality of the windows is awesome—definitely a great investment and not cheap material at all. If you're looking for excellent windows that are built to last, I'd highly recommend Bee Window, Inc. to anyone. I'll definitely be passing their name along to friends and family!

The staff I came into contact with were friendly, courteous, and helpful, but the actual execution of the project has been very disappointing. Two of my windows were measured incorrectly and had to be reordered, meaning I am still waiting for the installation to be completed. Additionally, several windows arrived with the incorrect hardware color, and the high-visibility screens I paid for were missing entirely. While the installation crew was pleasant, they rushed to finish the job, and some of the finish work is sloppy. I expect a high level of craftsmanship and accuracy for this investment, and I need someone from management to contact me to ensure the reordered windows, correct hardware, proper screens, and rushed workmanship are all resolved properly.

Our sales man Tim was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Things he sold us were exactly as he had told us. The quality of our doors and windows were excellent and looking at our home now from the outside, makes us happy and proud in our neighborhood..

There was a lack of communication with the installer about insuring if I was happy with the installation. He knew I was unhappy and did nothing to reassure me. I had to make a follow up call for a technician to adjust the door to close correctly.
