The company was fantastic. They were responsive, took care of the job completely and efficiently, even when we decided to have more of our roof plywood removed. Derek, Dan, and Jon clearly communicated and handled each step. Derek was also great at organizing the crew and staying on site whole the work was done.

I had an overall great experience with Beantown. The only downside is the lengthy amount of time before being scheduled compared to some others I contacted and I frankly attribute that to having a healthy pipeline of work due to being very in-demand. Not necessarily a bad problem to have!

So impressed that our roof was completely done in one day and it was finished within 3 weeks of signing contract. They brought a double crew because rain was forecasted for the next day. The old shingles were off before 9am. New shingles on by 2 including the flashing. We hardly knew they were there after the fact except we had a new roof and a dumpster to be picked up. Team leader was very responsive by phone and text. Price was very competitive. We picked Beantown because of they offered recommendations, replaced bathroom vents and price was competitive. I highly recommend.

From the quoting to material delivery and execution of the job, the entire process with Beantown Home Improvements was smooth and effortless. There were no surprises. It was delivered as advertised.

Our project was done in three phases. The roof, new fullframe windows and hardie board siding. We used Beantown for all three. Each project seemlessly flowed to the next and was done in a timely manner. During the initial consultation we were told how the project would be done and that is how it was done. I am very impressed with the whole process from the time of the estimate to the roof installation. I left to go out of town, but they continued to communicate with me and send pictures.
