Areas Of Satisfaction - Beantown Home Improvements met or exceeded my expectations with the way that they handle a problem that came up on the front of my house. My house was built in 1870 still had wooden gutters on it and those were rotted. When the house got vinyl siding back in the 1970s, all they did was bend aluminum into the wooden gutter. Beantown ended up having to rip all of that out, back to the interior wall of the house, and they rebuilt it magnificently. It was a huge problem that cane up, and it was just like it was a normal thing for them to fix. I saw the work that they had to put into it. They just rebuilt the interior wall just like it was supposed to be there. It doesn't look out of place. It just looks like it was part of the original house. Derek was fantastic. He kept me in formed of everything. When the issue came up, I was at work. He texted me, talked me through it, and took and sent me pictures so I could see what he was referring too. It was magnificent. He is fantastic.

We started this project by reaching out to 3 roofing companies. All the companies quoted pretty much the same. However, Beantown did more than just quote. They gave us a “roofing” education. From that initial meeting and the comfort they instilled, my wife and I knew which firm we wanted.
Everything they said they would do, they did. From the moment we handed over the initial deposit, we were told the project would be handed off to a project manager and he would be in contact with us with a date. The day the crew and project manager arrived at 7am, they went straight to work and NEVER stopped until the job was completed 7 hours later. Clean up was fantastic. I found only 2 stray nails out in the surrounding yard. For the money, Beantown was professional from beginning to end.
