I highly recommend this company. They were great to work with from start to finish. Dan came out to quote for cement board siding for my 1850s farmhouse. He was patient in answering all of my questions and explaining how the entire process would go, what materials would be used, how they would be installed and did not try to upsell me on extras I didn't need. When I emailed him asking if we could change the color of the siding, it was a quick, smooth processThey were actually able to start the job a month earlier than originally thought, which was great. Jim Ewell the PM, was always available for questions, responded to texts and emails right away and was friendly & professional. He helped me find a painter to paint the trim on my house as well. Jim, the owner was also at our house a couple times to check on the job and was also friendly and responsive. The crew was fantastic. They completed the project in less than a week and did an amazing job, never cutting corners and working through frigid temps and even snow flurries. I am thrilled with the results.I even asked somewhat last minute if the electrician could install a new light post and lantern for me and they did it the next day for a very reasonable price.This is the best company I've worked with. I hired them to reside the rest of my house and replace all the gutters.

I cannot say enough good things about Beantown, very professional clear understanding throughout the entire project. Only used high end materials throughout the project there were no cutting corners and very skilled craftsmen that worked on our entire home throughout the entire project of 7 weeks were on schedule throughout the entire project with the exception of the days it rained crew worked from 6.30am till dark 7-7.30pm and never left the job site until it was completely cleaned up supplies neatly stacked and covered as if no one had been here. Owner Jim came by to assess the project and any added supplies were delivered asked if I had any concerns, I wish I could have found something but could not. Thats how pleased I was w/ the entire project as I was here every day and saw how the employees of Beantown were loke a well-oiled machine they worked as a team would laugh and joke w/ one another did not abuse their time never on any cell phones except for the one in charge and that was only if he had to communicate w/ Jim the owner of Beantown. The crew would stop for lunch for exactly 30 minutes and right back to work. As a homeowner one could not ask for anything more. I wish I could rate Beantown w/ a higher than 5-star rating. Don't hesitate to reach out to Jim if you have a project he has the professionals, trustworthy, and Honest and easy to communicate and you get your money's worth. I highly recommend them. The company is a true value with an American product, done by people who served in the military. The crew was absolutely a delight. They were very hard-working and they actually got the job done in a manner that was very timely. There was going to be two days of work. They came early because it was going to rain the next day and I had a baptism on the weekend and wanted to use the deck. They stayed longer the first day to get it done and accommodate me. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. It is a true value and you can trust them.

They were prompt with communication, knew what they were doing and talking about. The quality was superior. When the job got a bit more involved, they took the time to make it right. The original estimate included replacing four pieced of plywood. Once they got up there and removed the old shingles, they realized that more plywood would have to be replaced. They didn't hesitate to go and get the extra sheeting. We ended up utilizing 14 sheets of plywood. They even reinforced some rafters under the roof that were loose. They did an amazing job.

Quality Of Materials - After researching several different roofing systems i found the owens corning roofing system to be the best asphalt shingle roofing system available. The warranty is second to none which makes the choice very easy. The workmanship and professionalism of everyone at Beantown is exceptional and i would highly recommend both BeantownH.I.and the Owens corning roofing system.

Beantown replaced my roof and completely re-sided my house with James Hardie siding. Beantown did a truly superb, top-notch job, at a very reasonable price considering the excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They clearly explained the work that was to be done, and they worked according to an efficient plan. Their crews worked hard and were meticulous even in bitterly cold temperatures of January and February. They even went the extra mile to fix some additional problems in my attic and cleaned up some unsightly a/c wires on the side of my house. Beantown is a company that really cares about getting the job done right.
