Every aspect of the job that needed to be done was covered by the supervisor and the workers. Your list on what should be moved (Cars) and furniture was good advice. Right from the start you made sure you didn't leave and imprint of any of the work from tare off to roofing our home . No nails or materials were left at all, we were very impressed

From Justin Blandford to his field supervisor Joshua to the amazing crew they sent. The only crew members name I recall is Freddy who was top notch and very proficient in his craft. The company did a wonderful job. We've had a bad roofer in the past and believe me when I say, you don't want that experience. While Batterbee was a little pricier than some others we investigated, they were outstanding in every way. It would be a mistake hiring any other company.

Batterbee ownership, consultant, production coordinator, on site field supervisors, installers and office/administrative personnel were fully engaged from the time of our initial contact with them through to the completion of installation, clean up and follow up contact for assurance of complete satisfaction. We fully appreciated the details provided on the variance in the quality and costs of three options (including samples of the materials and differences in the components of each of the 'systems' and the corresponding costs and warranty coverages for each of the 'systems' for us to consider. This made making our decisions a much more comfortable and educated process and verification through photos taken and provided to us during the installation. All personnel were very patient and responsive in providing answers to our many, many questions. We fully recommend Batterbee Roofing, Inc. for everyone's consideration. I thought the initial person that came to give the quote was extremely professional. The guy that scheduled the job was pretty professional. I thought the project leader of the job was pretty professional. My only negative was instead of it being done in one day, it took another day. That was due to them bringing the wrong shingles. Everyone from Batterbee Roofing was extremely professional.

Work ethic and crew were excellent. Need some improvement in communications between scheduling and the customer. I am certainly glad We chose BB over the other 4 roofers that we interviewed.. really feel the workmanship was worth the price. You get what you pay for;

They were on time and very professional. We especially liked that they used their own dumpsters that were on rubber wheels and switched out as necessary. They draped the property to protect the foliage and stucco. There were 4 houses done at the same time with each house having a supervisor and a crew. We only had to park one night out of the garage. Definitely a 5 star job!!!

Of all the companies I have dealt with, they were by far the most organized and professional I have dealt with. They were just stellar.

If it doesn't have anything to do with gutters, I would give them a 4. There is poor communication within the company from the managers, supervisors, and sales crew. I could have had the gutters put up 2 days after the installation of the roof, but the salesperson said that they were sending someone else out. The installation manager was going to come back to do it a couple of days later. We still don't have any idea what is going on with the inspection. We don't even know if it has been done yet. Our insurance company is waiting on that paperwork. We are still waiting to hear what is going on with the inspection.
