From start to finish we have been impressed and delighted with our bathroom makeover from Bath Planet. The presentation by Ron was informative in every detail and we really enjoyed the time he spent in our home that evening. All of our questions were answered and we loved all the different options in design and color that were offered to us. The installation was perfect--the guys were right on time and were done in the exact time they had given us when we made our appointment and they kept everything clean, no mess at all when they were done.The blue bathtub and blue tile are gone and our new bath is gorgeous-tile design on the walls and a deep soaking tub.We are thrilled and would recommend Bath Planet to anyone who wants a gorgeous bathroom!
We couldn't have been more pleased. At our initial consultation, Rob did an excellent job explaining our various options, made several great recommendations and suggestions, was extremely patient and answered all our question to our satisfaction. Nestor and Junior (the installers) were amazing. They always arrived on schedule, were very neat and precise in measuring and installing the material, and didn't leave until they were sure we were satisfied with their work (which we obviously were). George did a terrific job in overseeing the project. He kept in close contact with us and the installers by phone and in person, to insure the job was proceeding to our satisfaction. In terms of customer service, he did something which I don't think I'll ever forget. He actually came with me to help me select a new toilet for our bathroom. That really impressed my wife and I, and he really made us feel that we made the right decision in selecting Bath Planet for our remodeling project.
