From our salesman, Ben Korotkin, to our installation, Jacuzzi did a perfectly wonderful job!!

We had our shower put in in October. It has been leaking ever since. They have been back numerous times and said the leak is fixed. The water runs onto the floor. Each worker that comes blames the prior worker for not doing things right.My husband noticed that the doors were not properly installed. Someone came last Wednesday and agreed and said they would return this Monday. Never saw or heard from anyone. I’m tired of calling weekly to get this issue resolved. I will admit the lady who answers my call is very nice and does respond back. The sales rep had to reschedule his visit then his measurements were wrong. On the day of installation they could not put the shower in because it was the wrong size. That had to be rescheduled.

We would and are recommending Jacuzzi Bath. It was a professional job. Not having had any conversion or updates done in our home before, plus being a little anxious, it was a special and exciting experience. I didn't know the idea in my head would look and feel so nice. I'm proud of our bathroom. :)

Salesman would tell me things that weren’t true, e,g, if I had flooring on hand, bath installers would install

They were professional and did very nice work.

I am not happy with the installation in the way that the fixtures were installed and the significant decrease in water pressure after the installation.

Expensive! I received a discount but far less than expected from commercial. My discount was $ 3,000. My cost was19.066! Honestly it very nice but I think too high a price for National named company. It is guaranteed for life. I have a small fix but they are aware.

The company was quick to respond. The initial gentleman who came to the house was engaging and easy to work with. The installers were quick, efficient, and explained what was going on.

I was very pleased with the workmen. They did make a few things harder, which Jacuzzi recognized, but they were very efficient and very nice men. They came in the morning, left at night, and got it done in one day.

Overall price and material quality does not match.

The crew was punctual and on time. They were hardworking. The job only took a day when it was initially quoted for two days.

The people that installed it were very professional and did what they said they would do. They came in and removed the equipment that was in there and you couldn't tell they were even there except for the new shower.

They were on time and did the job in a day, like they said they would.

Installers were efficient and did a great install and clean-up

I would say a three because of price. I had three quotes, and all were relative to doing the same thing, and Jacuzzi was the highest, and I wish I had known that.

From the time the sale agent showed up to the final inspection, We were so impressed at how quickly they did their job. It was hard to wait the 24 hours before we could use our new shower.

I have already shown off my new bathroom and I believe my friend is going to use Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital for her conversion.

They had all the materials they needed to complete our job. They were professional and friendly. Our new bathroom looks great.

I'm not happy with the caulking job done on my shower install. It's sloppy and in some spots not properly done.

The installers were very respectful of me and my space. Pleased with the product.

The project went well. It was completed when expected. The work quality was good.

Our shower turned out as promised, the 2 man crew arrived around 8:15 and were finished and gone by 3. They were professional and courteous, easy to notice this wasn’t their first time. Everything was clean and picked up when they left.We love our shower!

Dear Andre,

First, apologies for taking so long to get this off to you. It doesn’t reflect any dissatisfaction with the process or the result. We’re happy campers, just occupied with other goings-on. And with taking lots of showers.

We’ve been very pleased with every step of the process from start to finish. We’ve only needed to make a few major renovations at this or any home we’ve lived in, and so were nervous about undertaking a project like this. You and your contractors put our nerves at rest.

Many thanks to you personally for all your help along the way. From our first discussions at the kitchen table, you explained the many choices available and took us to a design we’d hoped for. You patiently explained the various financing options and helped us find an approach that fit our means. When we pulled the fast one on you late in the game (addition of a downpayment), you walked us through a process that should make that happen. We hope to receive from Service Finance soon a document that reflects the change in our Agreement.

We were equally impressed with the professionalism and workmanship of Jacuzzi’s installation contractors. They arrived exactly when promised and with the materials needed for the work. They worked quickly and efficiently with no interruption of things going on around them. Even the cats. They answered our questions and explained the few follow-up things we needed to do after they were back on the road. They cleaned up every smudge the work created and carried away every scrap of project waste. We’d welcome those boys back for any future job of its kind.

So please accept our thanks for taking us just where we’d hoped to go. We’d recommend in a moment the service provided by Jacuzzi to anyone with a project like ours. And as I said, you’ve got happy campers on your hands.

For the cost of the premium installation, there should be more modern options to the shower head choices, very basic, not impressed. Installation left plastic and metal debris from the trimming and cutting on our lawn and driveway, had to pull metal shards out of car tires, dog ate some plastic trim that was in grass. Finish looks good, not sure the longevity of the installation, large gaps in all wall pieces and trim are filled with large amounts of silicone, not as tight of a build quality i was expecting. Some pieces were not in order and they had to change some of the installation process. Just ok , not impressed at all.

Everything went to plan & schedule.

The two crew members did a fantastic job. I couldn't have asked for anything better. They didn't even take a break, and it was the hottest day of the year.

Didn't really keep us well informed on the status of the start date and not sured of the value (see Value comment).

I would definitely recommend Jacuzzi to a friend.

I would get another estimate from someone else to,,there is nothing that this that nosays Jacuzzi other than the price...Every little thing costs extra..wish we would have gotten other estimates...but it was done in one day as promised..safety was the main thing to do the conversion..when your in your 70's you need to not fall in the tub .

They did exactly what they promised. They were in and cleaned up after themselves. They were very polite and got the job done in one day.

Slow to come and fix grout and door problems. Tech that do come did a great job repairing things.
