Diego And Nelson were very hard workers prepared the job nicely before starting and cleaned up really good after the job was done

I live in a seasonal town, where most people only work in the summer. I will recommend to my friends. However I do think it is a little pricey! I’m not sure if they can afford it.

I am disappointed with my shower from Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital because there isn't a hose for the shower head.

They did a wonderful job. They were at my home from 9-6, they fixed everything in that time frame and it all has been working well.

We had rust in the shower from the installer using steel screws. I replaced the two screws that were rusting on the door. Now the hardware used on the seat is rusting and leaving streaks in the shower. I am very disappointed that the hardware was not stainless steel at the price we paid for this.

Almost everyone at the installation was perfect. They were gentlemen who cleaned everything and were excellent. They let us know when things didn't work and what had to happen. One thing I didn't like was that we weren't notified until the day of the install that the glass was not sent correctly. They gave us a shower rod, and we had to buy a hook because of their neglect. They ordered the wrong size, and we had to wait two weeks to get the right one.

I love the work that they did. The shower is great.

Both of my parents are very ill and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was easy to work with from start to finish throughout the process. They were very respectful of my parents' needs. They helped us make the right decisions. They helped us get my stepfather in and out of the bathroom during the remodel. It was not stressful at all and I am very happy with the result.

It is in a second home. We have not been there to use it yet. I just went down on the day of installation and left. The crew that was there did a fantastic job. They were very efficient and professional.

The workers were excellent and did a very good job. However, I had problems with the people who worked in the office at Jacuzzi. They did not return my calls and kept postponing the job, and I was not very happy with that.

We are very happy with the product so far. It was installed perfectly, attention to detail, they consulted me periodically throughout the process to ask how I would like the accessories to be done. I was very happy that they were able to install flooring the same day and did a very good job of it. They were thoughtful, pleasant, polite and cleaned everything up as they went along. We were thrilled that they got it done in one day!

They removed our 53 year old leaky tub and put in a beautiful new, safe shower in 1 day. They didn't just cover it over with a shell. They replaced everything. I love my new shower.

The two installers who came were so polite and they cleaned up everything after. They were two super young men and made the transition in my house so much easier.

Since Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital came, when I turn the hot water on from my faucets, the pipes go bang bang bang, and that never happened before Jacuzzi Bath Remodel by Capital took out my copper pipes and put in plastic pipes. I am not sure why they took my copper pipes out and replaced them with plastic, but apparently they did not know what they were doing.

The boys were amazing. Very well mannered and respectful. They were very helpful, showed me everything. That they were doing. And making sure that's the way I like it.

Under the seat we have rust coming out. I would have thought they would have used stainless steel. The knob to turn shower on has corrosion in the knob.
