I live in a seasonal town, where most people only work in the summer. I will recommend to my friends. However I do think it is a little pricey! I’m not sure if they can afford it.

They did a wonderful job. They were at my home from 9-6, they fixed everything in that time frame and it all has been working well.

We had rust in the shower from the installer using steel screws. I replaced the two screws that were rusting on the door. Now the hardware used on the seat is rusting and leaving streaks in the shower. I am very disappointed that the hardware was not stainless steel at the price we paid for this.

Almost everyone at the installation was perfect. They were gentlemen who cleaned everything and were excellent. They let us know when things didn't work and what had to happen. One thing I didn't like was that we weren't notified until the day of the install that the glass was not sent correctly. They gave us a shower rod, and we had to buy a hook because of their neglect. They ordered the wrong size, and we had to wait two weeks to get the right one.

I love the work that they did. The shower is great.

Both of my parents are very ill and Jacuzzi Bath Remodel was easy to work with from start to finish throughout the process. They were very respectful of my parents' needs. They helped us make the right decisions. They helped us get my stepfather in and out of the bathroom during the remodel. It was not stressful at all and I am very happy with the result.

It is in a second home. We have not been there to use it yet. I just went down on the day of installation and left. The crew that was there did a fantastic job. They were very efficient and professional.

The workers were excellent and did a very good job. However, I had problems with the people who worked in the office at Jacuzzi. They did not return my calls and kept postponing the job, and I was not very happy with that.

I’ve been trying to get a copy of my contract for several days and I haven’t gotten it yet
