They were very thorough and very helpful in everything. They did a wonderful job cleaning everything.

I am extremely pleased with my new shower by Jacuzzi as well as the overall services provided. The installers arrived on time and took care of my property to be sure it was well done, causing no damage and removing all old materials. And they were in and out in one day as promised. I would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends & neighbors.

From our salesman, Ben Korotkin, to our installation, Jacuzzi did a perfectly wonderful job!!

We had our shower put in in October. It has been leaking ever since. They have been back numerous times and said the leak is fixed. The water runs onto the floor. Each worker that comes blames the prior worker for not doing things right.My husband noticed that the doors were not properly installed. Someone came last Wednesday and agreed and said they would return this Monday. Never saw or heard from anyone. I’m tired of calling weekly to get this issue resolved. I will admit the lady who answers my call is very nice and does respond back. The sales rep had to reschedule his visit then his measurements were wrong. On the day of installation they could not put the shower in because it was the wrong size. That had to be rescheduled.

We would and are recommending Jacuzzi Bath. It was a professional job. Not having had any conversion or updates done in our home before, plus being a little anxious, it was a special and exciting experience. I didn't know the idea in my head would look and feel so nice. I'm proud of our bathroom. :)

Salesman would tell me things that weren’t true, e,g, if I had flooring on hand, bath installers would install

I am not happy with the installation in the way that the fixtures were installed and the significant decrease in water pressure after the installation.

Expensive! I received a discount but far less than expected from commercial. My discount was $ 3,000. My cost was19.066! Honestly it very nice but I think too high a price for National named company. It is guaranteed for life. I have a small fix but they are aware.

The company was quick to respond. The initial gentleman who came to the house was engaging and easy to work with. The installers were quick, efficient, and explained what was going on.

I was very pleased with the workmen. They did make a few things harder, which Jacuzzi recognized, but they were very efficient and very nice men. They came in the morning, left at night, and got it done in one day.

The crew was punctual and on time. They were hardworking. The job only took a day when it was initially quoted for two days.
