Working with Bartlett Roofing was an extremely easy process. Dylan, the agent who prepared my quote, was professional and really took a look at my roof. While others used drones and computer programs, Dylan actually got on my roof to determine the damage and submitted the quote based on that examination.

Bartlett gave me the best price, and I hired them. We scheduled a date for the installation. The afternoon before the replacement, the shingles and a dumpster (for my old roof) were delivered. The next day, everything went well with the install. I found no scraps of shingles and no nails (they diligently ran a magnet around the house several times). Our new roof looks great!

Overall, I couldn't be happier with our experience with Bartlett. They are very professional, honest, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

Heath, the project manager, went above and beyond to earn my business. My roof was leaking and the day after Christmas he came out in the rain to tarp a section of my roof at no charge before I even agreed to purchase a new roof through Bartlett. That level of customer service is what sold me. Heath also took plenty of time to explain the process and options for getting a new roof and at the end of the discussion gave me a very fair price compared to other companies I interviewed. Once new roof installation began the crews showed up on time and worked very hard to complete the job in 3 days, which for the large size of my roof was quite impressive and appreciated. They did a great job with clean up afterwards and came back twice to fix a few minor issues. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you

I don't recommend products and services unless people ask, there is far too much marketing out there to give un-asked for recommendations. I will tell others of poor performance when i experience it but this is definitely NOT the case here. The work performed by the people installing my roof was fine. The problem lies with the salesperson that was assigned to my roof and the people that work in your office were slow in getting me information I requested and lied to me over the phone, multiple times.

The quality of the roof seems fine. Their on-site manager was a person who talks a good game (he was a young Latino guy) but didn't deliver on several things. He promised he would show up at certain times and didn't, that he would provide certain info, and didn't. He even asked me to provide a great review of him and Bartlett, and the moment I told him I don't normally do reviews until after the job is complete, his service went downhill from there.

I had Bartlett recommended to me by a friend, and they were quick to respond. Alexander Lyons came by, took measurements and put together the whole experience in a clear, concise way. They were able to squeeze me in sooner than originally forecast which was great, and did my entire roof in ONE DAY, along with most of a larger home across the street! The work crew was efficient, friendly and fast. They worked together as a team and that experience showed. Alexander followed up and cleared up the few minor questions I had (like, "what's that hole for?") and I would not hesitate to recommend he and Bartlett to anyone who asks me about getting a new roof!

We got several quotes from local roofing companies. Bartlett roofing was very reasonable. They did not go over what was originally quoted for the lovely roof we had put on. They maintained excellent communication. The site was spotless when they left. The job was finished quickly and efficiently. The workers were friendly. Staff visited several times to maintain communication and even came out after the job was finished to inspect the site and remove a few nails they spotted. I can't reccomend enough! These are the guys!

While Derek was friendly and efficient, the roof was reshingled, and the yard was cleaned, the team did NOT complete the terms of the contract, which was to reroof the house, the carport, and roof-damaged shed. Derek says that the insurance company (State Farm) would not pay enough money to pay for reshingling the shed. He did not mention this until I asked after the main roofing was done. The contract clearly states that Bartlett will reshingle the outbuilding (shed) as well as the rest of the house, but now Derek says I need to have it done myself. Considering that the crew was already here, had materials left over, and that I already paid for "extras," to tell me after the fact that Bartlett was not going to fulfill the contract I signed, seems highly unprofessional. I could have easily understood—and paid a little more—for Bartlett to finish the work they said they were going to do. The shed is only 8' x 12'. but has wind damage on both sides. Bartlett could easily have added time and material-costs instead of NOT COMPLETING THE CONTRACTED WORK.

Bartlett roofing was very responsive and competitive in its estimates. Adam Rogers did a great job in facilitating the process and was very responsive. The roofing crew was exceptional with their work and timeliness in completing our roof replacement. By far achieved our expectations and would most definitely refer Bartlett to a friend.

Bartlett is great to work with and did a good job on my roof. Price was fair and my rep Scott was very helpful. The people at the office helped out a lot too, sending me pics of stuff on the roof that I was unfamiliar with. Would recommend.

I think that Bartlett is a good company but I would make sure to tell my friend to get any agreements regarding price or extras to be put in writing on the contract so that they would be honored come payday.

I struggle with this, because of all the communication issues. As neighbors have asked about it, I have been honest with them about my experiences with the company.
