Great communication, exceptional quality and follow-up

Multiple errors with materials. 1) mushroom vents vs eyebrow - i identified discrepancy 2) incorrect skylights twice causing delay 3) I had to source the appropriate drip edge - a one size fits all is not satisfactory. 3) off brand materials delivered - I had to escalate to get correct materials 4) no explanation on skylight scope at time of sale - I feel I paid too much for installation. 5) inferior nails were going to be used for installation. I had to escalate to get higher quality product. Galvanized stainless steel should be standard 6) multiple discussions about protection of open soffit and the concern with nail penetration - crew pounded the old nails through the soffits 7) materials delivered weeks before installation damaging grass in front yard 8)need to have confirmation at time of sale about warranty and given options. If I hadn’t paid attention to materials then my roof would not have qualified. I ultimately was provided the correct warranty which Im thankful for.
Overall, I had to do too much quality control. Im very happy with the roof but it would have been a much different outcome if I hadn’t paid attention to the materials, escalated my concerns, and present during the entire installation process.
