You blocked my garage for days with your refuse cart while your crew went to another job (I assume). I watched my neighbors more difficult roof completely done in two days, which is what I was told would be the length of my job.

on the final trim all cuts were 90 degree cuts were used instead of a more professional 45. No overlapping 45 degree cuts were used to join two pieces of trim and also at the corners.

Great folks Walker was right guy at the right time for my roof replacement. I've been putting it off for over 10 years didn't like any of the sales folks that had contacted me over the years. Walker changed that and now I've got a new roof

Working with Bartlett Roofing was an extremely easy process. Dylan, the agent who prepared my quote, was professional and really took a look at my roof. While others used drones and computer programs, Dylan actually got on my roof to determine the damage and submitted the quote based on that examination.

Bartlett gave me the best price, and I hired them. We scheduled a date for the installation. The afternoon before the replacement, the shingles and a dumpster (for my old roof) were delivered. The next day, everything went well with the install. I found no scraps of shingles and no nails (they diligently ran a magnet around the house several times). Our new roof looks great!

Overall, I couldn't be happier with our experience with Bartlett. They are very professional, honest, and trustworthy. I highly recommend them!

Heath, the project manager, went above and beyond to earn my business. My roof was leaking and the day after Christmas he came out in the rain to tarp a section of my roof at no charge before I even agreed to purchase a new roof through Bartlett. That level of customer service is what sold me. Heath also took plenty of time to explain the process and options for getting a new roof and at the end of the discussion gave me a very fair price compared to other companies I interviewed. Once new roof installation began the crews showed up on time and worked very hard to complete the job in 3 days, which for the large size of my roof was quite impressive and appreciated. They did a great job with clean up afterwards and came back twice to fix a few minor issues. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you
