Misunderstandings and misscommunications the entire process. We were in the initial process for months before we started getting the roof yet nobody informed us of the ventilation requirements with the eves so they botched our roof, putting extremely unappealing roof vents in all on top of our roof without any preface. The overhangs due to those vents were horrible. They have since fixed all that by coming back and putting sheet metal on our roof and overlaying the shingles (shouldn't have ever cut into our roof to begin with). THEN we were told we absolutely needed to get a new skylight because ours would shatter once they re-roofed. We approved the additional $1k unnecessary charge). Fast forward to the end of our
roofing debacle... even after they came out and "fixed" it... the new skylight wasn't replaced. We told them to cancel the order for the skylight since obviously it wasn't necessary. They responded that it was custom ordered and we needed to receive it. Went ahead and waited for the final skylight installation. It's absolutely lovely (I hope you can read my sarcasm). They ripped out our old one that never had any leaks or any problems and replaced it with the new Velux skylight. Completely messed up our interior wood and drywall. I would have preferred to stick with our old skylight since now we have to figure out how to get our new skylight water safe with it being directly over our main shower. Horrible service.

on the final trim all cuts were 90 degree cuts were used instead of a more professional 45. No overlapping 45 degree cuts were used to join two pieces of trim and also at the corners.
