We are in Wesley Chapel, Florida, outside of Tampa. They are based in Winter Park. Florida. It was a little challenge between where they are and where the work was. That has causes some delays and anxiety. Otherwise, it was good.

We had to redo our flooring and kitchen cabinets due to an insurance claim. We were told it would take them 3 weeks. It took 3 months to complete! We were able to get back in our place after about 6 and paying out of pocket for accommodations. They messed up several parts of our order, installing the wrong parts and forgetting to order some. They also misplaced/ruined some of our personal items. Communication with them was very poor and no one would answer/return calls, which added to the stress of all of this.

So far I am likely to recommend them.

I am not happy with the quality or craftsmanship of the work. I'm not happy with any of it.

Overall, I am happy with them.

Axel Works and Rich did an amazing job on our repairs. They were accommodating and easy to work with and the repairs were completed in a timely and efficient manner. Terrific follow up and great communication. Highly, highly recommend!!

I am not likely to recommend them. It had to do with some things with the painting, and they had to do it again two or three times.

It took them 15 months to finally finish all the work. They showed up when they wanted to. It was like an extra third side job to work on my house.

Axel Works Inc. continually missed the schedule due to poor workmanship and poor communication.

Horrible company!! What should have taken 2-3 weeks to do my repairs, took them 9 months all due to the sub contractors they hire are terrible!! They did stuff half assed and thought it looked wonderful!!

They came and took the tree out of the yard, but left a stump.

They were very hardworking. It was a very stressful time during the hurricane. They worked very well under all the stress.

They were professional and exceptional during our Mold Remediation process. They worked diligently to work with our schedule to ensure that everything was done thoroughly and expedited our process.

Axel Works is fantastic. One of their subcontractors is not the best. As for Axel Works and the company itself, they are wonderful.

The brothers, Chris and Rich Hayne, are the owners. We contracted them on 3/24/2021 and our home is UNINHABITABLE today 9/15/2021! LET THAT SINK IN PEOPLE!

I could not have been more pleased with the workers that came and did the needed repairs.They were the best in both their work ethic and friendly attitude. They never wasted time, and always kept me informed on when they would return and how long the job would take. I would recommend them to anyone who needed fine work from good people!

So far, this process with Axel Works has been as stressless as it can be.

I had a leak under the sink that caused damage to my cabinets and flooring in the kitchen. Rich and Chris were so easy to work with. They explained everything they would be doing and kept in contact with me through the entire process. I am very pleased with the end result. Would definitely use them again.
