Our experience with ATI Restoration Las Vegas was very disappointing. Communication was poor, with little to no updates and unreturned messages. The timeline they gave was far too long, and after waiting with no progress, we ended up finding other contractors to complete the work ourselves. The workmanship was minimal and disorganized. The invoice we received does not match the work done, and there are ongoing issues with payment and delivery. While one team member tried to help, the overall service fell well below expectations.

When paying $$$$ over what insurance covered, & still get unacceptable workmanship & communication—and then pay more $$$ for someone else to do what was not done-Mention/forewarn others-Yes but never recommend-NO

They were very thorough, did not just paint the areas they worked on, but entire walls so there was no hint of construction work. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up during and after each work day and hauling off the trash. All the workers were on time, considerate, pleasant, and hard-working.

They do good work and are good workers.
My construction team were criminals. They ruined items, and things are missing. They were the worst EVER. And my ATI project manager disappeared on me. Left the company in the middle of the project. I have built a home from the bottom up and have done a lot of other construction. Farbex was DISGUSTING. I don't even have time to type it all up. They ended up costing me more than $15K extra by screwing up with the oven and microwave. I couldn't hate them more.

It took months from initial walkthrough and insurance approval to finally set up dates and times for repair work. What I was told was a one, maybe two day job; eventually turned into three. Was told that the trash that was left behind was going to be taken, left with me and I had to take care of it.

repair looked like new construction, not repaired construction.
Exceptional, timely, and professional work.
The lack of communication was significant. One month after the work was supposed to begin, we asked to start it. Then, they work well for about 2 months, and then it was very sporadic for 4 months and came mainly because we call them to continue the work. Some tasks were not done properly and we asked to redo them.Then, we waited for about 2 months to receive a final invoice that was incorrect. Even if they had the information, they asked us to provide them again bills we paid indicating difficulties with paperwork management on their side.
The reason why we did not go lower in our mark is because the final result is beautiful, the company has been flexible and patient with our needs, schedule, and choice of material. They also were responsive once we contacted them. Employees were respectful and professional.

Everyone I worked with (Andy, Juan, Alex) was responsive and kind and the work was done well.
Was not interested in really finding the leak. Walked around in circles looking at the walls. I told them it was a slab leak so should of looked at the ground. I had to keep asking then to go into spaces to look. Was at my house less than 10 minutes. I bought a infrared camera on Amazon for $150 and found the leak within a minute!? I would not use them and also told the insurance company about them.

ATI (nee, GraEagle) arrived on site on the afternoon of Valentine's Day, surveyed the damage, and immediately began emergency tarping of my roof to prevent further rain damage, finishing the job well after darkness fell.

This experience was hands down the worst of my life. I had my personal items ruined, and some are also missing. The contractors that were hired to reconstruct my kitchen were the absolute worst EVER. They trashed precious items that I had stored in my garage and never replied, even when I sent photos. They ended up costing me $15,300K on the sale of my house (that I had to give back to the buyers). I could go on and on and on and on, but I am too exhausted from the whole ordeal to do so. I literally hate ATI and feel like I got completely screwed over. I asked for my name to be spelled correctly in the. ATI system many times, and even this survey comes across with it spelled wrong. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. That is not me. It is Michele Mandell. It's insulting.
I would not recommend ATI Restoration Sacramento to a friend only because when I had utilized them on an emergency basis, they put out their equipment. The contact I had was fired, and the equipment was left on the property for a long period of time, and I was billed a large amount for it. No one reached out to me about it, and three weeks later, ATI Restoration Sacramento came and picked up the equipment.
