ATI handled my whole project, from demo to restoration. They were very thorough, especially with regards to safety/abatement/containment. And they worked fast! I would not hesitate to work with them again.

They were immediately onsite to address water mitigation and kept us informed as we awaited approval from insurance.

The work to recover the house from flood damage was rapid, clean, and completely effective! We give strong and unreserved top marks for ATI on this end. However, the subsequent remodeling contract was outside of ATI's usual work, and various complications delayed the project by nearly a year. In hindsight, not the best decision on our part to ask for ATI to do this work.

The bottom line here is the quality of work and the products I received. I had many different crews in and they were on time, super respectful of my property particularly cleaning up all the construction material.. These situation are stressful but I think that everyone I came in contact with was professional and kind. My restoration was completed with in the projected time. I am delighted with the results!

Overall I was happy with the quality of the work. The timeliness of keeping a reasonable timeframe with the work was my primary issue, and what caused me to rate it a 6. I think you might have too many jobs and not enough people which caused delays in completing, in a timely fashion, each section of work.

Everyone involved with the restoration project for our home exhibited a high level of professionalism and provided constant communication throughout the duration of the project.

Project manager didn't respond for months and even not until the end of the project.
I had to go through main office to get some help and even after that the responses were very slow.
They did additional work for which i had requested an estimate and i never received it. They did the work without me signing any doc or agreement and asking me to pay for the work.
Left lot of garbage in the backyard and in the drive way.
Few things started falling apart in less than sox months.

ATI diligently pursued completing the restoration work on a timely basis from the moment they were engaged. The team's commitment to timeliness and quality was evident everyday.

Jerry Azzato waited 4 months before submitting permit my house fire 6/27/24. Jerry made several mistakes on the permit like wrong address next time Jerry Azzato forgot to stamp the document.

The service was excellent!

Clean up and dry out did great the construction phase was not as good painting was done but many area were missed that were missed that were still charged on the paperwork.

Some of the worst communication levels I have ever seen for any kind of project. Various fazes of the work was sub standard .

Better communication

Our experience with ATI Restoration Las Vegas was very disappointing. Communication was poor, with little to no updates and unreturned messages. The timeline they gave was far too long, and after waiting with no progress, we ended up finding other contractors to complete the work ourselves. The workmanship was minimal and disorganized. The invoice we received does not match the work done, and there are ongoing issues with payment and delivery. While one team member tried to help, the overall service fell well below expectations.

When paying $$$$ over what insurance covered, & still get unacceptable workmanship & communication—and then pay more $$$ for someone else to do what was not done-Mention/forewarn others-Yes but never recommend-NO

They were very thorough, did not just paint the areas they worked on, but entire walls so there was no hint of construction work. They did a wonderful job of cleaning up during and after each work day and hauling off the trash. All the workers were on time, considerate, pleasant, and hard-working.
