Just horrible I don't even know where to begin it was just the worst experience ever first of all I never even really spoke with anyone directly except for Yvonne the customer service rep.

It took way longer than needed. I had to call the Project Manager several times to light a fire under him. Work was good for the most part, it just took over 3 months to fix my shower.

The project is complete, and your staff was made aware of each issue. When informing leadership of the issues, he was adversarial and was denying the issues occurred, and made excuses for the workers.

The response with the project director, Luis Estrada, has been excellent and very, very pleasing.
That is in the construction part of it, but ATI also did the remediation, and the quality of work has been superior for all facets of the job.
I think the communication with the first point of contact, I'm assuming the salesperson, needs to be clearer. When I called, I just wanted a review, but they sent a whole team. They said they don't really do that, and they just come to do the work. So, we were put in a situation to let them do the work, when we just wanted to have them review the situation.
Jesus the project manager did a terrible job scheduling making me miss time at work, wasting my time multiple times.

ATI Restoration responded to us during a roof leak. They sent out a team immediately and helped us mitigate damage to the inside of our home. They were courteous and professional.
