They saved me from being scammed by another restoration company.
The people I interacted with were some of the nicest people I have met
You'll work for the insurance company in wrote a half-assed estimate The benefit of the insurance company until I had to fight with them about the inaccuracies in your estimate
When the work is finished. Too soon for me to say.
There was no communication until a few months after the drunk driver drove through my garage, and I complained to my insurance company. Then I received minimal communication. Then you switched my contact person without notification, and I only found out because again, I contacted my insurance company. Something that happened on April 13 should be completed before December. I could go on in much more detail but no one would listen anyway.
Not much was right. Communication was non existent. Job took way too long. Different portions of demo were not properly prioritized (e.g., removal of floor tile should have waited until walls were demoed down to the studs in order to expedite the review by a structural engineer). Work that was paid for was never done (e.g., disposal of patio furniture was included in costs but was never done).
The workmanship was subpar and after all the drying and drywall removal was done it took 6 weeks for your parent company to approve the work. Why? It was already approved by my insurance company?
PM and subs were sub-par (to be nice). Work was half-assed and I was very much working around their schedules.
I really enjoyed working with the demo team-Chuck was so professional and answered all of our questions as the day to day manager; Cesar kept us abreast of any changes, the timeline and was available for any and all questions.
The crews did good work, including on some difficult items. They went to work right away and kept to the planned schedule. They answered my many questions and asked for my permission to do things that were slightly different from the original plan.
Since July 2025, I’m still waiting to start on the repairs to my condo. I’ve had the senior project director, leave the company after the person came and measured the project on a walkthrough.
It’s never a good sign when a senior project director, quits a job that he visits to do a walkthrough and then to find out that he has left the company (ATI)!
Professionalism and punctual
Helpful staff
very professional and friendly quick on the job quality work
Excellent communication and response time to incident
Responsive. Timely.
They were great communicators. Always on time. Work was so well done. The people from the Supervisor Victor to the workers Jim & Tony did exceptional work & their kindness really helped me thru this terrible time.
They are always dependable, accurate with their billing, on time, and do a great job.
Kept us informed of the process. Showed up on time and finished when they said. Quality workmanship
He took the time to explain things. I didn't know what a water mitigator was, and he took that time and then he took the time to check out every spot behind where the leak was.
Very reliable team.
We had a water leak issue and thought it was a good idea to go with the restoration company that my insurance recommended. It turned out to be the worst contractor I had to ever deal with. No sense of urgency and no updates unless I followed up multiple times. Dragged project from what was supposed to be 3-4 months to 8-9 months. This not only maxed out our loss-of-use coverage, but also caused me to miss opportunities to make other improvements to my house during the repair period. Packers didn't air out my fridge, caused it to become moldy. No clear plans about repair and limited opportunities to make upgrades. Basically, level of communication was abysmal, just winging it as they went. Some workers had no idea what they were doing. Fortunately I was able to catch those moments the few times I was there, however I was not always there. Even though all bills were settled with my insurance, ATI keeps sending me invoices for work that was completed and settled months later. Avoid at all costs.
The process was mired by an approval process that was necessitated by the insurance company but resulted in delays that were frustrating. I am looking for a quick turnaround in the cash out process on amounts paid to ATI but that are owed to me. If the cash out is done quickly I would be willing to give ATI a higher score.
Even though the project took longer than I expected, the house looks terrific.
They were very responsive, quick to provide updates, and stayed on schedule very well.
