Overall I was happy with the quality of the work. The timeliness of keeping a reasonable timeframe with the work was my primary issue, and what caused me to rate it a 6. I think you might have too many jobs and not enough people which caused delays in completing, in a timely fashion, each section of work.
Everyone involved with the restoration project for our home exhibited a high level of professionalism and provided constant communication throughout the duration of the project.

Project manager didn't respond for months and even not until the end of the project.
I had to go through main office to get some help and even after that the responses were very slow.
They did additional work for which i had requested an estimate and i never received it. They did the work without me signing any doc or agreement and asking me to pay for the work.
Left lot of garbage in the backyard and in the drive way.
Few things started falling apart in less than sox months.

Jerry Azzato waited 4 months before submitting permit my house fire 6/27/24. Jerry made several mistakes on the permit like wrong address next time Jerry Azzato forgot to stamp the document.

Clean up and dry out did great the construction phase was not as good painting was done but many area were missed that were missed that were still charged on the paperwork.

Our experience with ATI Restoration Las Vegas was very disappointing. Communication was poor, with little to no updates and unreturned messages. The timeline they gave was far too long, and after waiting with no progress, we ended up finding other contractors to complete the work ourselves. The workmanship was minimal and disorganized. The invoice we received does not match the work done, and there are ongoing issues with payment and delivery. While one team member tried to help, the overall service fell well below expectations.
