The work was delayed, stuff was missed but eventually righted. The main reason for a solid 10/10 is the customer service. My ex had spent the insurance claim money on herself and left me alone with the bill. However, ATIs collection representatives worked with me on a payment schedule that would pay it off quickly and mild stress. When I came up short a month I notified them and they let me defer the payment easily no sweat. I was reliably paying down 2,000 so they trusted that I was paying them back in money and apologies for their workers having not been paid yet. I am a prideful man, and I pay all my debts. I apologized for my situation and broke down crying after my last payment which they even graciously and needlessly gave me credit so they saved me 300 in the end. They didn’t have to go that far but they did. They are compassionate human beings with good hearts and I’m thankful they listened to my trouble. I doubt any other company will repeat this act, so I recommend ATI to the highest degree possible.

Our interaction with the ATI team has been great. Jerry Azzato and John Warnstredt have communicated with us on the projects process giving us confidence that ATI will complete this project to our satisfaction.

Long delays, no communication and overall very dissatisfied. I asked Garald several times in this incredibly long process for updates and pictures of the process and he did neither of those things. This process started nearly three months ago with no particular date of completion. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This project took way too long. Sending people who could not do the job made it take longer.

I consider the work that ATI did to restore my home as a silver lining to an extensive, truly awful water damage situation because now my home is a huge improvement over the pre-water damage one. I feel very fortunate to have had the ATI workers reconstruct my home. Everyone was skillful, fast, truly considerate and trustworthy. I am 100% pleased with and grateful to ATI and alll the workers.

ATI is AMAZING!! They consistently produce outstanding results. Arnold Badilla is the best. Geronimo and Enrique did such a beautiful job.

Working with ATI has seriously been a nightmare. I regret moving forward with this company and I'm even more upset with my insurance for recommending ATI. Tyler took measurements and lied about timeline, was not as communicative as he said he would be, and was not pleasant to work with. I believe Victor really is a good guy, but seems to be overworked and overloaded with his projects. My project took longer than it needed because of sub-contractors and there was miscommunication throughout the project. I wouldn't recommend ATI to my worst enemy.

It depends on the crew. The first crew I got the beginning of this project did not do a very good job. The second crew, of this project a very good job.

Across all of our location working on projects big and small the entire ATI team is consistently reliable, exceptionally responsive, and a true pleasure to work with. The communication with so many different contacts and the damage to our house was disappointing. they switched out a door and left numerous things broken. our flooring squeaks and has odd marks on it.

Currently there are opportunities with keeping area free of trash and removing trash at end of day, protecting other parts of house from dust build up, and damaging other parts of house while completing project.

Delays and more delays. Got the run around, dishonesty. Still have not completed the work. A job that should take a week is delayed 4 plus months. Very stressful. I regret deeply hiring them.

Communication has been excellent. We still have the recon phase remaining, but so far I couldn't ask for anything more.

It took way too long, and isn’t finished yet. At one point I went about six weeks with nothing happening. My emails weren’t replied to, phones weren’t answered, and voicemails weren’t replied to. When I finally was able to get to a human being, I was told things like, “Oh, I sent ‘so and so’ an email.” Or, “I sent ‘so and so’ a text.” Then I would wait another week and start over again.

Apparently, the guy in charge of my project left the company, and my job was forgotten about.

Lately I’ve been told my work will be delayed for higher priority projects. I think by now my contract should be at the top of everyone’s lists.


One time I stopped by my house during a summer heat wave. No one had been there for a week. The air conditioning was set at 73 degrees. I put it at 76 when I’m sleeping! That ended up costing me an extra $90. Then I walked around the outside, and one of my back doors was open. Not just unlocked, open!
