No I would not My experience is not something I would want others to go through. I recommend that project managers are required to communicate with homeowners and provide updates. There should be checks and balnace in place to get feedback. It would have been nice if upper management would have contacted me during this long process to get my input. The project may have finished sooner if they had.

The team did an amazing job of tearing out all of the damage caused by a waterheater leak. Cleaned up all debris from their work and hauled it away. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. But, couldn't get a call back on doing the repair work. I was hoping to have the same meticulous job by them in putting things back together, but several calls I made received no response. If they don't do the repair work, that should be information given when the mitigation is done.

The staff immediately placed fans, and that started an orderly process of cleanup and restoration.

You guys should be transparent on your pricing. All you had to do was take a small matters out and three bags of bedding and cut a piece of two by two piece of carpet out. Then you put an sit blower in. You first showed up with five guys . Over kill. This should of been a two man operations. You were here max of two and half hours max three. You left an air blower in unit. Sorted some disinfect on piece of carpet you took ot. Then follow up twice for an half hour . To check on air blower. I put in my own ozone macchinces a day monitor it my self. Then you trying to charge over Dob thoudand dollars. This is not the wide wet boys. Be more honest with people and don’t take Advantage of people that h you think our stupid. Shame on this company. People beware. They came out and installed the solar panels. It looks like they did a good job so far. We haven't had any rain. Hopefully, I don't get any leaks. So far, everything looks pretty good. I won't be able to tell until we get some rain. Hopefully, I don't have the same issue I had last time. Everything looks good.
