The work was just asked from start to finish. Nothing got done on time. Nothing got done correctly the first time terrible communication would never recommend using your service.

They were efficient, knew their business and pleasant to work with.

Professional and knowledgeable

The project is complete, and your staff was made aware of each issue. When informing leadership of the issues, he was adversarial and was denying the issues occurred, and made excuses for the workers.

This company is downright awful. Communication, workmanship, quality, timeliness, follow-through, professionalism, and even billing. Quite literally everything was wrong. This is a mess of a company.

ATI sent a very competent and efficient technician to assess and handle my water damage situation.

Everyone was very nice, but the work took much longer than expected. There were things that had to be redone because of the workmanship.

It was a very big project and sometimes became confusing about all the schedules and details.

Highly professional. Quick to respond. Pleasant and knowledgeable. Put me at ease.

Unfortunately the restoration took a lot longer than I expected.

Contractor broke glass door and pretended it was someone else. Caused water bill of several hundred dollars and did not cover.

I have always been pleased in past with ATI but this time one employee did not properly instruct a worker on OSHA regulations and contaminated items were not properly removed from my basement before applying new carpet.

Project took longer than it should have with poor communication. Things went wrong many times. Shower drain not connected and flooded the crawl space. Ventilation insulation never replaced after that completely soaked of water even after completion. One of the toilets leaked after job, wax ring put on crooked. Came back out to fix toilet then it still leaked. Water feed line never tightened. I dont like writing this because the main contractor seemed good but all workers unreliable. Insurance never received paperwork for supplemental claim after job started, so we did not receive anymore money for extra repairs needed.

Good follow through. They have been persistent in making sure we are hitting our targets and we have had several sit downs to make the whole process would be better.

They were very fast and efficient.

ATI has the staff and means to address any issues that may arise at a moments response.

The length of time it took and the major overcharge at the end made me less than happy.

I was bounced between 4 different project managers, communication was minimal unless I reached out, construction crew were subcontracted out and the crew did a subpar performance.

There were things that I very much liked about the company and there were things I was disappointed in.

The work crew s were very good at their job including keeping us in the loop. They were always on time and cleaned up before they left for the day..

The whole team, the entire process from start to finish has been great.

Project Manager would not communicate with me. When he did he could be rude. He didn’t do the things he told me about on his first visit. He never came back.

No communication with Joseph Mead. Not a good experience. It did not go smoothly. We have to keep calling & almost begging for someone to get back to us.
