It took them forever to initially get started. After they started it took them forever to get to this date and they still are not finished. We were displaced for over two weeks. They did not removed all the furniture out of the home but placed it in my dinning room and hallway. After the asbestos was removed they expected us to live in that mess. We are in our 80’s walking around in that. They took our furniture out on November 7 and we slept on a couch for three nights. Thanksgiving was a dud. It is now November 30th and we still have a lighting fixture to be replaced, insulation to be blown in the ceiling, paint chipped off the wall in the hallway, and God only knows what else!

ATI did a wonderful job. The communication was great and our project manager was a pleasure to work with.

I would recommend them to a friend because they did a really great job. In the beginning, before they came out, we were able to work with the tenant on a good time, everything was explained to me, how it'd work, and explained well. They came and did everything. The water remediation was done quickly and very neatly. There was no mess at all. They left that place cleaner than before, and I really appreciate that.

Communication was the biggest issue. Gaining information was like pulling teeth, painful, arduous, too necessary and uncomfortable. Scheduling timeliness was delayed and follow up conversations were never instigated by ATI. Once the project was approved, I was informed I would be contacted for scheduling the next business day. That did not happen, nor did it happen the next day. I called on the 3rd day, only to be told that it had been denied internally. The next week I was informed the project had finally been assigned, but when I called to speak with the PM, he didnt even know the project had been assigned to him.

If it wasn't for poor communication, ATI Restoration wouldn't have talked to me at all.

Good workers. They came in after hours to take care of our problem with no hesitation.Did a quick temporary fix until the repairs were completed.

The main person was not there at the same time as the rest of the workers and it did not seem as though he communicated effectively with them. He told me different things would happen than actually did happen and they took out more of the trim/ wall than he said they were going to. I feel as though this should have been communicated with me before it happened if the outcome was different than he initially told me.

From the first phone call to the final hand shake and good bye I was well informed and pleased with each employee.

ATI is absolutely the worst company of any sort that I've ever had the misfortune of getting involved with. I wouldn't hire them to i stall a mailbox. There is literally not a single positive thing I can say about them

I received several calls after I received the bill, all from the corporate office asking for money.

They were absolutely fantastic. My house looks better than when they started, and the team that worked on the house was phenomenal.

The mitigation team came out quickly during a holiday weekend and worked tirelessly and thoroughly. The restoration team worked well with me, kept me aware of the process and did a great job.

For the most part, scheduling was easy; they were fairly responsive.

ATI Charlotte was a hot mess. It took them 10 months to do the work which involved considerable rework. I went thru multiple Project Managers and periods of time where they would not answer my text, emails, or phonecalls I would not recommend them to anyone.

The supervisor, Jimmy, was really professional and great. I wouldn't call anybody else but him.

We ended up being really happy with the company, and we feel like they really took care of us. At the beginning, the project manager that we had was left a lot to be desired, and we had some real problems. Once the project manager was replaced, everything went so smoothly and stayed on track time wise. I would definitely recommend ATI Restoration, and I actually have recommended them to friends and family. I do give them a warning about making sure they have a good project manager.

even though I specifically asked to be communicated with prior to construction, there was very little updates and advisement throughout the process. No timeline, no updates on progress.

I was very pleased with the complete restoration done by ATI. I was treated respectfully and had constant contact with Sarah. They are a friendly company that took time with me to explain and finish the work. In the event I ever have need they will be my first call. Thank you all at ATI.

Very honest, saving me a lot of money! They could have been dishonest, charged a bunch of money and I would of had no choice but to pay but they weren't and I'm so happy for their integrity and honesty! Definitely a company I highly recommend!!

We didn't particularly choose ATI restoration, they were the in network provider assigned by the insurance to complete repairs.

There were a lot of communication issues and delays, resulting in work starting nearly 7 months after the damage occured. Once the work started, it went fairly quickly and with good quality... except for more communication problems between ATI and the insurance that nearly derailed the work completely. If not for a project manager going rogue and doing work before full authorization came through, ehat was already a 3 week displacement from our home likely would have turned into a 2-3 month didplacement.

I'm not sure if I would recommend them or not. The insurance company referred them to me. I usually don't recommend companies to people.

My son lost a toe because they didn't cover the work that they did.
