From the beginning, there was a lack of communication between ATI, the HOA, Westwind Management and the homeowners. Not all is to blame on ATI. The security was insufficient. My unit was burglarized 2 weeks after the fire. Nick did a Matterport Video, and it wasn't used by the team when finishing the house, because several things were not correct and I had to deal with additional construction while living in my home. I was told, "This is per the plan." My house was sold to me with huge upgrades and additional work that was modified since the construction of the building in 1993. Additionally, the permit process with Xcel was delayed and we had to wait several months before we could get the gas lines done to code, which delayed the C.O. In the beginning, we were told it would take 10-12 month, in reality it took 22 months, and I spent an additional $30K+ in living expenses. Luis lacked attention to detail, left a mess under the stairs in the basement. Ron James was ok to work with. I also was told we had a 2 year warranty, when in fact that was for the people with certain insurances. USAA wasn't on the list, so Michael S told me. I felt the homeowners had zero choice in the matter of selecting a contractor.

ATI sent out professional and knowledgeable workforce to evaluate the water damage and then drain and dry my walls and floors. They were very neat about their work and disposed of all trash and debris.

Did not restore in a timely manner. Did not communicate and crew was sloppy.

The ease of handling the project. Jeremy and Tyler both did great considering the scope and the crew and the change orders.

Every ATI employee treats you with dignity and respect. They are professional and go out of their way to make sure you get taken care of. I use ATI restoration services both at work and at my home. They have become a trusted partner.

I had to constantly contact 4 different agents to find out status of my repairs.

They arrived when they said they would. Work completed in a timely manner. Workers respectful of property. One particular worker, during restoration was quite skilled.

Trying to communicate was very hard

All the staff that came in and did the work in our home were very nice, very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable….especially Stanley and Stacey. They explained everything in detail as to what needed to be done and returned several days in a row to check on the condition of the moisture levels in the Plaster walls and ceiling around the affected areas and removed what was necessary to prevent any mold or further damage going forward. They cleaned up each day before leaving n were very considerate of our personal property.

Your company did not show or call for an appointment. I followed up with a technician twice who said they would have a manager contact me, and no one ever reached out.

I would never recommend this company and I truly wish that I would never have went with them. The whole experience (besides the mitigation was negative). This reflects the poor communication, poor carpentry work, and just over all experience, including how they left the house.

ATI Restoration Tucson did a really nice job. They were on time, set up the equipment professionally, and did everything according to regulations. I was very happy with the job.

We had a water line bust, and we didn't find it until the next day, so we had leaks behind the wall and damage to the ceiling tiles. They removed all of the old wet stuff and did an excellent job!

I do not recommend. They caused more damage by poking holes in the wall with their outdated water detector. I have two small holes everywhere they used the device, and the technician made a golf ball size hole in the wall when he fell down. It gave the impression they were causing more damage on purpose to increase the claim since they were recommend by the insurance. I do not recommend at all.

Due to the situation that occurred it seemed to take a long time between projects but I’m happy with end result.
