Quick response and great craftsmanship
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable
Sloopy
So many headaches! Way overpriced for the poor quality of work received
The mitigation was good, the repair side was not very good on communication. The lady that came out never sent me the quote and sent her pics to our insurance company and they low balled me. There was damage to the hardwoods and Amy said it was not caused by the leak but the manager did and another company did as well.
My response is one of gratitude as a father, provider for my family, and as a believer in GOD almighty. From the inception ATI set boots on the ground with compassion, understanding, professionalism, and hardwork. The level of proficiency goes hand in hand with their competency and efficiency. We would like offer a very special kudos to Armando who provided detailed feedback and expectation management backed by a special kindness required. To GOD be the glory for him and his efforts. His supervisor Justin and his team performed like a well oiled engine in the best vehicle ever made. We quickly turned from our troubles to expecting to see each one of their warm smiles daily; what a team! Thank you to you all!!
On to the rebuild that case keeping pace with the restoration crew. This company must be a nationwide company. I know that wherever we are at in the country I will seek the services of ATI. USAA should strongly consider a merger.
Very thorough and detailed in their work.
Cody and Carlos were very helpful quick and prompt.
They were very professional and worked within the expected timelines.
they broke mirrows and acted like that was expected and probably did not have an expert on this and then they charged the insurance company extra to fix their mistake
When Midpoint first arrived on scene it seemed that they would be great - however, after the first day it was like pulling teeth to get any type of communication and then there were complaints that "they told the owner why do they need to tell me too" The owner just watched her entire world torn apart - no matter how I tried or who I asked they would defer to "we communicated that with the owner" and would give me cliff notes to the situation. It was communicated very clearly on the onset that they were to communicate with me. VERY FRUSTRATING
They did a good job!
Too many forms to sign. My Mother taught me, “if I cannot say anything nice don’t say anything at all”. But ATI is persistent! Your guys talked about going to Lowe’s to get more supplies, but they ended up dealing with the situation with what they had. Photos! The window was not completely covered.
The company provided professional customer service.
Hopefully noone we know will need tour services.
If anything changes you can count on me remembering you.
They were very good. I never had to use one for comparison, but they were good.
They were great, easy to work with, and the communication was really good.
I would have no hesitation in recommendating the company. Professional, courteous and high qualty work!
Actual work performed was fine. Project was held up for months with a project manager that didn’t follow up
Brian and Tom were vry helpful and communicated well.
Original start date of 1/15/25 with time frame of on or about 6 weeks for a job that could be done in 2 weeks (and the 2 weeks is being generous). The job began on 3/17/2025. Job completed on 8/8/2025. The first of 3 project managers (PM) assigned to my contract was a consummate liar. He started lying from the get-go by telling me couldn’t start because permit hadn’t been approved. Not true. I went to the Pinellas Park permits office and the permit had been approved 2 weeks prior and reason didn’t yet have permit, was permit fee had not been paid. The first of many many lies from that PM. The second PM was as useless as the first but wasn’t caught in any lies. Started the job 3/10/2025 with subcontractor, Swish, doing the work. The PM did not manage the project. The subcontractor supervisor did not adequately supervise or check on the work of his employees. This added a great burden on me, for there were tasks that had to be done over, 2, 3, 4 and even 5 times. Examples are many.

The project manager needs to be assigned from start to finish so the customer who is the end user is working with the same person every single day and can easily call with questions - I didn't figure out who my project manager was until the last phase of the project
The work was excellent. The communications about the project were nonexistent. No follow ups. No calls back. No communication of dates and times. Zero submission of the supplement to USAA. Its more than six weeks for a simple siding repair and the work still isn't done.
Because of the communication challenges in the duration of this project, I will not be recommending ATI for restorations projects to anyone
