Project managers were all good. All construction and painting staff were very good and left home very clean

The staff immediately placed fans, and that started an orderly process of cleanup and restoration.

I recently had some mold remediation done Then ATI Restoration Fort Lauderdale came in and Eduardo's team restored the place to like new. I was very pleased with their work. Their employees were professional and courteous, and they did an excellent job.

Cleaning was finished, reconstruction and painting remains unfinished weeks later with no communication.

Terrible experience with their team - communication, work stadards, claims processing and more have left us with very long-term concerns and lots of current state issues.

The service provided by Mike Coffee, the project manager, was great. There was also the overall director, John Clabeaux, who was not. Mike was amazing from the beginning to the end. He was easily accessible, responsive for phone calls, and provided me with the next steps. I would be giving my experience 10 stars if it were not for the end of the project. My assumption was that ATI Restoration Phoenix would come and clean the floors because they removed the drywall from the ceiling in two rooms. They left a lot of dust and put paper down for painting, but when they pulled it up, they left sticky residue. Mike said he would let John know. My blinds were damaged and could have possibly been cleaned, but I am not a professional in that field, so I do not know. When John called me, he stated that was my problem and that ATI Restoration Phoenix would not cover the cleaning. He stated he was not making as much as he should and insurance was not going to pay him as much as he put. I explained that there was an approval process for the work and that any additional costs could be added on. He agreed, but stated I needed to reach out to insurance to have them pay someone to clean the floors and the mess. I told him insurance would tell me they paid ATI Restoration Phoenix for that, and that was the end of the call with John. Everything else other than that was good. Everyone who came into my house did good work.

All the men were both capable and motivated to give me their very best. Great experience so far.

ATI hit the ground running taking care to get our home clear of the debris, cleaning what was not damaged, storing what could be saved, clearing the smoke from our home, amazing work!

An inspector from ATI arrived on time, briefed me about what he would inspect and photograph. It was a through inspection.

Property was damaged by the flooring crew the contracted out and now I’m being ghosted on something that would cost (dollar and time wise( them very little to make right. But they would rather just straight up ignore my calls, texts and emails than even pretend they care about making it right.

They mishandled a great deal of my property, so I would not recommend them.

The cleanup phase went excellent. Cesar and his mitigation team were so great, efficient, communicative, thorough, and considerate. The reconstruction phase was subpar by comparison. Our contractor and project manager were not communicative nor thorough.

Robert did an excellent job repairing the water damage at my home.

Prompt, professional and so far my house has no water leaking.

ATI Restoration Cleveland definetly understood what needed to be done and engaged themselves accordingly.

There seemed to be some confusion as to what exactly was going to be accomplished between the contractor and the owner.

I can confidently say that Kress is the best contractor we have ever had, hands down. Not only is their work top notch, but all of their staff and contractors are just really great people. It was absolutely a horrible experience, and they still owe us $100.00 dollars. They ruined our house. They dropped cabinets and broke our tile floor.

They communicated well.

The work was great overall and finished to a high quality. Truthfully, I had the best interaction with Christian Romarion, the Project Manager but I did struggle with the rest of the team.

I would tell everyone to not use this horrible company it was nothing but a heartache from start to finish which we decided every time they tried to correct something else went wrong

Based on my comments below I could easily give a lower recommendation, but I will stick with "6" in addition to my comments below.

I would highly recommend ATI Restoration Las Vegas North (GraEagle). Personal in approach and professional in delivery ATI has exceeded out expectations as no detail was too small and the communication they offered every step of the way made a very stressful situation coming out of an episode of water damage, very easy to understand and keeping us informed of every step they were executing.
