ATI does a great work.

We worked with ATI through our AAA claim, everything was top notch, communication, timeliness, work quality, etc. I'll certainly reach out to ATI for any future projects!

Most of the team was professional and had a successful outcome as a priority.

They did a very good job, but unfortunately the process took eight months.

The reason I’m giving an eight versus 10 is because of the amount of time that went by from when the construction people did their appraisal/estimate for repairs to when I actually heard back. It was weeks. And I had already hired somebody else to do the work by that time.

Easy phone call customer service --technician arrives on scene asap.

I was told that they would communicate every step. They just left everything open in the bathroom with the toilet in the tub , the tiles all removed. If I knew they would not be repairing all of that, I would not allowed the mitigation work to proceed.

Easy team to work with. Arrived on time and worked quickly.

Paul Davis and has not returned or. I have ask for it several times spoken directly to whomever them and they said they will not return it or reimburse me so I can purchase another one. I want my vase or reimbursement

Even though the project wasn’t timely because of the holidays when the event happened, and took longer than expected. I think you did a great job disinfecting and restoring the bathroom.

Staff was friendly. Working with ATi and Sedgwick was challenging with changes contacts, visits and approvals taking nearly 8 months

We were not impressed with how Stacey handled our case.

ATI has good communication with the customers, very pleasant project managers very knowledgeable.

I have had to use ATI twice in the past 10 years and I would definitely use them again. I feel that they are professional and get the job done correctly and work with the insurance company to the best of the homeowners. I hope I never need to use them again, but if I ever did, I will without doubt.

ATI Restoration did an excellent job drying up all the water damage in my home. The guys were great getting there on time, communicating with me about the damage and kindly answering any questions that I asked.
