ATI has the staff and means to address any issues that may arise at a moments response.
The length of time it took and the major overcharge at the end made me less than happy.
I was bounced between 4 different project managers, communication was minimal unless I reached out, construction crew were subcontracted out and the crew did a subpar performance.
There were things that I very much liked about the company and there were things I was disappointed in.
The work crew s were very good at their job including keeping us in the loop. They were always on time and cleaned up before they left for the day..

Project Manager would not communicate with me. When he did he could be rude. He didn’t do the things he told me about on his first visit. He never came back.
No communication with Joseph Mead. Not a good experience. It did not go smoothly. We have to keep calling & almost begging for someone to get back to us.

Terrible communication. It's been more than a week since I've heard from ATI or any progress has been made . My apartment is a mess and I have no idea when work will continue or be complete. My daughter wants to visit in two weeks and I don't know what to tell her. I called several days ago to ask if the portable AC could be removed, so I could have access to my balcony and fresh air, and haven't heard a work out of you. By the way, I'm fully paid up.
The General Contractor that worked with me (Jay Ball) was very professional and helpful. He made a very stressful situation flow with his knowledge and constant communication keeping me informed all along the process.
ATI started out great. Then Abel Gandara started ghosting me. I contacted the main office and got his supervisor. Stephen put me in touch with Brad. Brad came out and said he'd get the repairs fixed. Then Brad ghosted me. Contacted ATI AGAIN and was told that Brad left the company. They put me in touch with Corie Paul. Corie came out to look at the garage. She said she'd get a siding person out to fix what Juan installed improperly. Corie had the garage repaired satisfactorily within about 3 weeks. Repairs to the garage should only have taken a few days but ended up taking 5 months. Corie was amazing!!! Abel, Juan and Brad were terrible.
None of the work was done within the time stated in the contract and I had a hard time getting a response to when the work would start (It was completed 10 months after the incident.) The billing system is terrible - this company is apparently very large so there should be a customer portal with an easy way for customers to see what they're paying for with each payment. I had questions about my owed amount but was only able to get a bunch of invoices forwarded to me from the Project Director.
Quality of work done and the duration of the project left me feeling like I got taken advantage of, and a feel of regret that I didn’t just go with a local handyman.

The response with the project director, Luis Estrada, has been excellent and very, very pleasing.
That is in the construction part of it, but ATI also did the remediation, and the quality of work has been superior for all facets of the job.
I think the communication with the first point of contact, I'm assuming the salesperson, needs to be clearer. When I called, I just wanted a review, but they sent a whole team. They said they don't really do that, and they just come to do the work. So, we were put in a situation to let them do the work, when we just wanted to have them review the situation.

I have been very disappointed in both the quality of work, and the timeline. Trey Cochran the assigned project manager. After over year and half my project is still not completed, All of my alternative living expenses ALE money, was used up, during beginning 6 months. I was told my project would be done in approximately five weeks, in this timeline there were nine weeks passed with no one at my property and Nothing was done toward completing my property repairs, that was before 2024 hurricanes which delayed my project further I was informed by Trey, delay so ATI could help other people. I am now using Credit cards to pay for housing, as all ALE money is exhausted, Damage occurred 3/11/2024. I’m still not back in my home and I have no money remaining and I have to pay to rent places.
ATI Restoration needs to be a bit more responsive. Sometimes one call should be enough.

Darin saved you... I was literally dialing to start calling all the state and local numbers you don't want to hear about bad service when I received his call asking for another chance... I'm glad it finally worked out for the best but there's no way in **** I would ever deal with you again or ever suggest a friend put up with your BS for a single second.

I really enjoyed their work and the workers. The individuals in the office were very cordial, informative, enlightening, and helpful. I did get the feeling that they are not a company you can just call and get work done, you must go through insurance.
Last minute contractor change. Poor worksmanship. No follow-up initiated -- I drove everything. I wish we would have used a different company.

While I appreciate the quality of the actual work performed — which met expectations — nearly every other aspect of the experience fell short. Communication was inconsistent, scheduling lacked clarity, and the overall process felt disorganized. Professionalism outside of the core task was lacking, and I found myself having to follow up more than I should have. The work itself was good, but everything surrounding it made the experience frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.
Your guys left the cabinet they removed in my living room bc they said it would be repaired when no, it wouldn’t. There are still pieces of my cabinet molding in my kitchen left here. After the fans were removed they left all the holes in the walls uncovered, and left the giant gaping hole in my kitchen wall uncovered. I dealt with bugs and mice from these holes until I had to get maintenance to cover everything. They never filled anything back in, just left it.
The mediation process was excellent but the restoration and repair was a disaster. The lead person was not honest or professional and ended up leaving your company during the restoration. We didn’t complain so it wasn’t because of our project.
A 2 day job was spread out over a month! I think my bathroom turned out good but the other repairs were not done according to the estimate work scope.
