Project Manager would not communicate with me. When he did he could be rude. He didn’t do the things he told me about on his first visit. He never came back.
No communication with Joseph Mead. Not a good experience. It did not go smoothly. We have to keep calling & almost begging for someone to get back to us.

For other services other than restoration they need to be reasonably priced.
Terrible communication. It's been more than a week since I've heard from ATI or any progress has been made . My apartment is a mess and I have no idea when work will continue or be complete. My daughter wants to visit in two weeks and I don't know what to tell her. I called several days ago to ask if the portable AC could be removed, so I could have access to my balcony and fresh air, and haven't heard a work out of you. By the way, I'm fully paid up.
The General Contractor that worked with me (Jay Ball) was very professional and helpful. He made a very stressful situation flow with his knowledge and constant communication keeping me informed all along the process.
ATI started out great. Then Abel Gandara started ghosting me. I contacted the main office and got his supervisor. Stephen put me in touch with Brad. Brad came out and said he'd get the repairs fixed. Then Brad ghosted me. Contacted ATI AGAIN and was told that Brad left the company. They put me in touch with Corie Paul. Corie came out to look at the garage. She said she'd get a siding person out to fix what Juan installed improperly. Corie had the garage repaired satisfactorily within about 3 weeks. Repairs to the garage should only have taken a few days but ended up taking 5 months. Corie was amazing!!! Abel, Juan and Brad were terrible.
None of the work was done within the time stated in the contract and I had a hard time getting a response to when the work would start (It was completed 10 months after the incident.) The billing system is terrible - this company is apparently very large so there should be a customer portal with an easy way for customers to see what they're paying for with each payment. I had questions about my owed amount but was only able to get a bunch of invoices forwarded to me from the Project Director.
Quality of work done and the duration of the project left me feeling like I got taken advantage of, and a feel of regret that I didn’t just go with a local handyman.

The response with the project director, Luis Estrada, has been excellent and very, very pleasing.
That is in the construction part of it, but ATI also did the remediation, and the quality of work has been superior for all facets of the job.
I think the communication with the first point of contact, I'm assuming the salesperson, needs to be clearer. When I called, I just wanted a review, but they sent a whole team. They said they don't really do that, and they just come to do the work. So, we were put in a situation to let them do the work, when we just wanted to have them review the situation.

I have been very disappointed in both the quality of work, and the timeline. Trey Cochran the assigned project manager. After over year and half my project is still not completed, All of my alternative living expenses ALE money, was used up, during beginning 6 months. I was told my project would be done in approximately five weeks, in this timeline there were nine weeks passed with no one at my property and Nothing was done toward completing my property repairs, that was before 2024 hurricanes which delayed my project further I was informed by Trey, delay so ATI could help other people. I am now using Credit cards to pay for housing, as all ALE money is exhausted, Damage occurred 3/11/2024. I’m still not back in my home and I have no money remaining and I have to pay to rent places.
ATI Restoration needs to be a bit more responsive. Sometimes one call should be enough.

I don’t think they did much. Didn’t have a heads up that they were coming on some days. Lack of communication
