From start to finish the whole team was great. Mike did a great job of letting us know what to expect from start to finish. He gave a accurate timeline and when delays occurred he let us know immediately and what the problem. Shar helped coordinate the flooring and made it easy to get samples. The crew at our house Cody, Augustine and Danny were excellent getting the house prepped for the replacement flooring. They did a great job putting all our stuff back in place, and all the replacement moulding and finishing looked great. The flooring crew was great, but I did not catch their names.

The crew was friendly and hardworking. They honored my requests as much as possible and did a professional job.

Project took over a year to do. Project started in 2021 and is still not closed out. The same project took 2 months for another company to do. Contractors very unprofessional and poor communication. Very disappointing

The inspection was poor and not captured the impacted items properly and time responded to the insurance is long

I am still waiting for work to be complete on my home I can't recommend you until my house is finished

ATI (nee, GraEagle) arrived on site on the afternoon of Valentine's Day, surveyed the damage, and immediately began emergency tarping of my roof to prevent further rain damage, finishing the job well after darkness fell.

They 1.5 years to complete a uncomplicated project and they did a lousy job.

This experience was hands down the worst of my life. I had my personal items ruined, and some are also missing. The contractors that were hired to reconstruct my kitchen were the absolute worst EVER. They trashed precious items that I had stored in my garage and never replied, even when I sent photos. They ended up costing me $15,300K on the sale of my house (that I had to give back to the buyers). I could go on and on and on and on, but I am too exhausted from the whole ordeal to do so. I literally hate ATI and feel like I got completely screwed over. I asked for my name to be spelled correctly in the. ATI system many times, and even this survey comes across with it spelled wrong. THAT IS NOT MY NAME. That is not me. It is Michele Mandell. It's insulting.

The gentleman that came to our campus were very polite and organized. They did a great job, can't even tell what work was done.

A huge tree fell on our house and severely damaged the roof and frame of the upper section. The insurance company used ATI for an estimate of damages but said we had the option to use any contractor of our choice. So GLAD we decided to use their services. ATI arranged the entire project from beginning permits, engineering report, architectural design, and all the way through the end to restore the house.

I don't know if it's because the water damage to my home is not that much and it is a smaller job that I am not getting as timely repairs or communication as I would expect.
