ATI is absolutely the worst company of any sort that I've ever had the misfortune of getting involved with. I wouldn't hire them to i stall a mailbox. There is literally not a single positive thing I can say about them
I received several calls after I received the bill, all from the corporate office asking for money.
The ATI Restoration representative was really on top of everything and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They did a great job.
Marcello and his Crew are always top notch. Great job as usual.
My job is still ot completed, lack of professionalism by crews and lack of communication from ATI. The project is 16 months past the completion estimate.

There was very little communication about what was being done, what the timelines were, and there was not a timely response to requests for that information.

Jim Woggan, the PM, was very professional, responsive and trustworthy.
Ken is attentive and the price and work is always good.
under a tree/gutter claim that put hole in wall and both roof's they came out to temporarily tarp which were small pieces not secure and left gutter hanging towards hole in house.So this caused extensive water damage / which we had to hire another company to do mitagation process for 10 days.This was all due to negligence on their part.
Communication
Workers didn’t have shoe covers and I had to ask. Drying and blowing equipment dirty. Cut into sink cabinet and I’m just seeing this.
ATI was unresponsive to my questions and did not provide information in a timely manner.
The services were very late. I had to follow up every week on the construction project. I had to follow up every week. Furthermore, I haven't seen any progress.
Without a doubt I would recommend this crew to anyone and already have.
They were absolutely fantastic. My house looks better than when they started, and the team that worked on the house was phenomenal.
I never give a 10 so a 9 is just as good.

If someone needs remediation, they are likely in a tough spot and in need of efficient, hassle free, thorough, knowledgeable help, they need to know their situation matters, and that is what ATI gave us

The project shows some physical progress but has been undermined by poor communication, missed timelines, and unresponsiveness. Immediate intervention from a USAA adjuster or supervisory representative is recommended to reassign oversight, reestablish accountability, and ensure project closure.
Roberto and the team were very friendly and thorough with the mediation work they were performing after our flooding incident. They were very patient with all of the questions that we asked along the way as well!
