I've had experience with Servpro and there us no comparison with ATI regarding the level of quality and expertise that ATI brings to the table. I have recommended ATI to my friends and neighbors .

They do good work and are good workers.

Possibly the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was given a week estimate that ended up being a 4 week long project. People who had apparently never touched a tool in their life were working on my house. I ended up having to do half of the work by myself just to have it finished in a reasonable time.

7 months to do the repair. Terrible communication. Still waiting to complete the process and get my deductible back.

My construction team were criminals. They ruined items, and things are missing. They were the worst EVER. And my ATI project manager disappeared on me. Left the company in the middle of the project. I have built a home from the bottom up and have done a lot of other construction. Farbex was DISGUSTING. I don't even have time to type it all up. They ended up costing me more than $15K extra by screwing up with the oven and microwave. I couldn't hate them more.

Professional yet warm and caring in a stressful situation. Their Confidence was reassuring that the job would be done to my satisfaction. Went above and beyond my expectations!

Slow in responding to work orders and providing quotes.

Will not recommend this company for any work. Lack of responses to any problems, hired contractor tried to leave the project after multiple months of not having the work completed with around 6 people coming to look at the project. Crews broke our drier then only replaced the top the drier with no sense of possible replacing the entire drier. Then when crews came to fix the drier they were watching YouTube video on how to fix the damaged piece. Then wires were left exposed on the drier. Lack of personal engagement due to project being small. People who did come were only at the house for 5-10 mins then left with minimal conversation or review of the work supposed to be done. Company would call my wife and I multiple times after multiple conversations advising the money was supposed to be coming from insurance (this went on for months.) Overall horrendous experience.
