They arrived very soon after we called them about our flooding. They were very professional, and had great communication with us throughout the entire process.

Professionalism, communication, availability of resources, ability to look forward/establish creative solutions, and coordination with the appropriate parties.

Trouble shooting associated with project was not comprehensive so now I am dealing with an associated problem that should have been identified during project evaluation and remedied during the initial project.

Again Communication and Respect to paying Clients. Our time is valuable too. For me to take off going to the office and then the guys don’t show up was upsetting.

The work was outstanding and clean.

Outside from all sides

The bottom line here is the quality of work and the products I received. I had many different crews in and they were on time, super respectful of my property particularly cleaning up all the construction material.. These situation are stressful but I think that everyone I came in contact with was professional and kind. My restoration was completed with in the projected time. I am delighted with the results!

The workers that were sent did a lazy job until I got management involved.

The rebuild process has been lengthy. The individuals working on the drywall have cancelled and rescheduled so many dates, and often times not communicated ahead of time that they will not be showing up that day. While working on the rebuild, I have voiced concerns about the workmanship and was assured that it would be fixed but there are still issues with the appearance of the rebuild.

Communication was awful. The project manager kept saying they would start a certain day and then it would change. He gave many excuses and was not very professional.

All around, they know their stuff and take care of everything from start to finish.

ATI Restoration Anaheim has always been great whenever I have needed them.

Brandon and his team I believe the other gentleman name is Sully. Were very responsive and attentive to the issue. I had a plumbing leak and the dry out service and mold removal was completed by Sully. Brandon was able to explain the process to me regarding next steps etc.

I appreciate all the project managers and workers who worked so hard and diligently to restore my home after the horrific water damage that was!

Quick and efficient service

Workers did not show up to work. Work was done wrong. There was no containment in 1 bathroom. Work was not finished according to protocol. Very unprofessional

Lied from the start I signed a document that said start on February 10 and finish march 13 didn’t even start until 3rd week of march

Overall I was happy with the quality of the work. The timeliness of keeping a reasonable timeframe with the work was my primary issue, and what caused me to rate it a 6. I think you might have too many jobs and not enough people which caused delays in completing, in a timely fashion, each section of work.

Everyone involved with the restoration project for our home exhibited a high level of professionalism and provided constant communication throughout the duration of the project.
