I liked that they were quick to respond and I appreciated the daily updates.
Overall I had a good experience with ATI. The staff that was part of my project responded quickly and efficiently. However, sometimes I would send information and it appeared that no one had looked at it. They went above and beyond in one of the areas of making the bathroom be functional and not just complete. The only main issue I had was the fact that they put in the toilet incorrectly and then when they came back to do it, they did it even worse. I had to pay out of pocket for another company to come and fix the problem, which was annoying.
ATI employees that I am involved with all have a very kind personality and stay in touch as this job moves forward.
Project Managers are terrible

The service provided by Mike Coffee, the project manager, was great. There was also the overall director, John Clabeaux, who was not. Mike was amazing from the beginning to the end. He was easily accessible, responsive for phone calls, and provided me with the next steps. I would be giving my experience 10 stars if it were not for the end of the project. My assumption was that ATI Restoration Phoenix would come and clean the floors because they removed the drywall from the ceiling in two rooms. They left a lot of dust and put paper down for painting, but when they pulled it up, they left sticky residue. Mike said he would let John know. My blinds were damaged and could have possibly been cleaned, but I am not a professional in that field, so I do not know. When John called me, he stated that was my problem and that ATI Restoration Phoenix would not cover the cleaning. He stated he was not making as much as he should and insurance was not going to pay him as much as he put. I explained that there was an approval process for the work and that any additional costs could be added on. He agreed, but stated I needed to reach out to insurance to have them pay someone to clean the floors and the mess. I told him insurance would tell me they paid ATI Restoration Phoenix for that, and that was the end of the call with John. Everything else other than that was good. Everyone who came into my house did good work.
The restoration specialist, Modrian, texted me his approximate arrival time before coming to my home so that I knew who’s be arriving. He and his assistants were always professional and provided excellent detour services following a serious leak!
They did not do what they said they would do.
ATI Restoration provided excellent customer service and they were very responsive. They take accountability and ownership in their work as well.
Yes I would be likely to recommend just keep customer when things change or slow down.
Other than the customer service, there have been a couple issues with communication on arrival and a couple of times that they missed the appointments with the property.
Boston has been very easy to work with, and the crew has been very professional.
They were on top of their game. They responded immediately and had a crew out within a couple of hours.
Communication was very lacking during the restoration process. You need to keep us appraised on what is happening and when. It should not be us calling you!

American Technologies did an excellent job replacing my home front doors, and the work team were very professional and without disturbing my day. The doors are beautiful, and I feel more secure now then ever. Thank you all for the great job you did !
ATI was very professional and very easy to work with.
Damage was done to my home in the process of restoring property. I was promised it would be fixed. It was not. I am rather disappointed in the whole thing. I'm just glad they are done.
I don't believe that they were honest. They told me that everything would be thrown out 2 weeks after the house was gutted. Then there were people logging my $450 mixer. That should have been thrown out way before that. I feel like it was taken.
The response and customer service was excellent.
I got many different statements on timing and cost of project.
I wouldn't have a need to recommend them.
Poor communication since i was out of state....never sent pictures or updates...never met with me even when i was out there
