Overall I had a good experience with ATI. The staff that was part of my project responded quickly and efficiently. However, sometimes I would send information and it appeared that no one had looked at it. They went above and beyond in one of the areas of making the bathroom be functional and not just complete. The only main issue I had was the fact that they put in the toilet incorrectly and then when they came back to do it, they did it even worse. I had to pay out of pocket for another company to come and fix the problem, which was annoying.
ATI employees that I am involved with all have a very kind personality and stay in touch as this job moves forward.

Staff is always respectful and responds to any situation with a fast response.
Lack of communication and scheduling. Not all money transactions were stated up front. Then was made held hostage if we did not pay a deposit that i was not told about up front. Cordination on site seamed schetchy. You had differant people each day and my customer had to reorieniate each crew. My customer felt the work was not completed or done as what she remembers being told and what she saw seamed different. My number is 720-971-0995
Project Managers are terrible
One of by far the worst experiences I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Took 2 years to complete the restoration to the home. The turnover of at this business is the worst I’ve ever seen. Absolutely awful experience. Would never recommend this company.

Most knowledgeable about ICRA requirements and build enclosures for a reasonable price. One is barely aware that there is construction going on inside these enclosures, no footprints or dust. Good communication. Quality workmanship.

ATI did a fantastic job remediating my water leak, communicating with my home insurance, and was transparent in cost for the rebuild. Unfortunately my foreman for reconstruction and initial contact for the remediation both left the company in the middle of my rebuild, ATI was using contractors for getting my kitchen rebuilt and there was more than one issue, which caused a lot of heartbreak. But in the end, the new ATI foreman, Mike came on board and had a dedicated pinch-hitter team whose job was to correct all the issues that the subcontractors left, so in the end I received my beautiful kitchen upgrade that my wife and I had dreamed of. Thank you ATI, it was along road, and I love my kitchen. Mike was awesome.
ATI was brought in to fix a problematic situation based on two earlier successes. The project took too long, went through 2+ PMs and the communication has been lacking.
I was in Missouri and had a property manager handle the details. ATI kept me informed better than my property manager did.
Quick response, respectful employees, great repairs and painting
The service provided by Mike Coffee, the project manager, was great. There was also the overall director, John Clabeaux, who was not. Mike was amazing from the beginning to the end. He was easily accessible, responsive for phone calls, and provided me with the next steps. I would be giving my experience 10 stars if it were not for the end of the project. My assumption was that ATI Restoration Phoenix would come and clean the floors because they removed the drywall from the ceiling in two rooms. They left a lot of dust and put paper down for painting, but when they pulled it up, they left sticky residue. Mike said he would let John know. My blinds were damaged and could have possibly been cleaned, but I am not a professional in that field, so I do not know. When John called me, he stated that was my problem and that ATI Restoration Phoenix would not cover the cleaning. He stated he was not making as much as he should and insurance was not going to pay him as much as he put. I explained that there was an approval process for the work and that any additional costs could be added on. He agreed, but stated I needed to reach out to insurance to have them pay someone to clean the floors and the mess. I told him insurance would tell me they paid ATI Restoration Phoenix for that, and that was the end of the call with John. Everything else other than that was good. Everyone who came into my house did good work.
They have a quick response time and do a great job.

The restoration specialist, Modrian, texted me his approximate arrival time before coming to my home so that I knew who’s be arriving. He and his assistants were always professional and provided excellent detour services following a serious leak!

Was a great experience. Easy to work with and when they arrived to get to work it was completed to our liking. I have no complaints.
Crew was here on time and did a good job. The problem that I have with ATI is that I'd like to pay my bill and cannot seem to get it. Made numerous attempts. I'd think you would like to be paid for the work you did.

ATi was chosen when the original contractor failed in their response, so to be fair they had pieces to pick up. They were quick to respond initially and then as the project dragged on they became less responsive. There were several materials mis-orders causing further delays. Every staff member was as professional as expected and respected the site.
ATI Restoration provided excellent customer service and they were very responsive. They take accountability and ownership in their work as well.
Took a very long time for them to pack my belongings.
They were very responsive initially. There were material availability issues initially. Then, when the wrong size was delivered and I was told it had to be re-ordered and would take another month, I received a delivery 2 days later of the right size. They found it in Colorado Springs. Too bad they didn't check there on the first go round...I thought it took longer than it should have from the date of claim report to the completion. I also involved myself in the process to make sure I received the proper fasteners for the shutters. I initially went through the project manager who said he would take care of it, however, the next day, the crew was spray painting 3" wood screws instead of ordering the fasteners I had researched and offered a link to that matched existing. That was disappointing.
