You need a caring, understanding person as a contact who responds in a timely manner. Often felt like our job wasn’t top priority.
Terrible job . The tech who was assigned our job seemed to be inexperienced or unwilling to do the job as specified.
I was referred by Chris Karas who referred your company. I explained him that I needed another contractor due to the poor workmanship. Chris’s referred me to a better contractor. In addition I attempted to add a small touch up Item. I asked 3 times for a quote that was never given. It seemed that they wanted me to green light the change order without a quote. Based on my final experience I gave up asking .

ATI Restoration Denver is a good company. The customer service is good.
All the individuals that completed the remediation, restoration, PAC Out/In were on time , explained in detail what tasks would be done and what would be done next. All face to face discussions were respectful, thorough and in very friendly manner. The ATI team did their jobs well. We are very satisfied. Thanks
Frank and Boston were very helpful and took the stress out if the whole experience. Boston worked directly with my insurance company to get me the total reimbursement needed for the job.
Great service and fair prices
They were thorough and did not stop until the source of my shower leak was discovered. I loved the way they shielded the rest of the bathroom (shower, counters, and entrance) with heavy duty plastic and tape. I didn’t have to clean that much after they left
Good Service
Since October we have been waiting for our refund. Pictures were just taken from the project completed in October. Our daughter has called and still no action. We are very disappointed in ATI at this point

I am extremely disappointed with the work completed by this team. Communication throughout the project was consistently inadequate, and we had to call and email repeatedly just to get basic answers. There are numerous issues with the installation that require attention. No vapor barrier underlayment was installed under the floors, causing corners to cup and worsening over time, and sections that needed leveling were installed as-is, resulting in warping and dips along the hallway. Faucets and shower fixtures were installed incorrectly, backwards! creating safety hazards for our little girl, and tubs were left detached from the floor. Paint was left on door handles, and door frame replacements caused wall damage that was never repaired or repainted. One bathroom floor is uneven, creating a tripping hazard, and the shower flange and tub spout were improperly installed with no follow-up despite assurances. New toilets were left uninstalled, with no sealant applied at the base, and faucets were only temporarily fixed with excessive silicone rather than proper installation. Overall, it was a constant struggle to get anything done correctly, and we were repeatedly blamed for delays due to our "choice of materials" that at the end it was provided by team. The floors and all affected installations need to be reviewed and corrected, as the quality and safety of the work were completely unacceptable.
The project lead seemed fantastic at first, but I haven’t received a return phone call , emai, or text in 3 weeks. I’m still waiting on the estimate for repairs for ATI to do them all. Did something happen?

The remediation team was not experienced and set up fans into a damaged cabinet with visible mold without a containment. I had to request moisture readings to see where the leak area spanned. The remediation plan gave me concerns about it being done properly. The project manager was harsh with the workers in front me and questioned my understanding of the tile in my house when he asked me to show him the replacement tiles. Subsequently after moving to new a company, there was significant damage down to the subfloor that the project manager said we could just let dry out.
My job is still ot completed, lack of professionalism by crews and lack of communication from ATI. The project is 16 months past the completion estimate.

A simple bathroom renovation has taken 9 months. Unacceptably, ATI is the worst company. I have shared with people to never use ATI.
Over priced, no communication, drag jobs out.
