They have a quick response time and do a great job.
The work was completed satisfactorily.
See comments below.
They were great during the whole process.
The restoration specialist, Modrian, texted me his approximate arrival time before coming to my home so that I knew who’s be arriving. He and his assistants were always professional and provided excellent detour services following a serious leak!
They did not do what they said they would do.
Great communication.
In my opinion, the company bent over backward to help with my problems. It wasn't always fun and good but the outcome was complete and great.
Very pleased with Chris (last name?) and David Lopez and the work performed.
Was a great experience. Easy to work with and when they arrived to get to work it was completed to our liking. I have no complaints.
Crew was here on time and did a good job. The problem that I have with ATI is that I'd like to pay my bill and cannot seem to get it. Made numerous attempts. I'd think you would like to be paid for the work you did.
From beginning to end, this was a quality experience. I appreciated the care and concern demonstrated by each person I interacted with. Job well-executed.
ATi was chosen when the original contractor failed in their response, so to be fair they had pieces to pick up. They were quick to respond initially and then as the project dragged on they became less responsive. There were several materials mis-orders causing further delays. Every staff member was as professional as expected and respected the site.
ATI Restoration provided excellent customer service and they were very responsive. They take accountability and ownership in their work as well.
Took a very long time for them to pack my belongings.
They were very responsive initially. There were material availability issues initially. Then, when the wrong size was delivered and I was told it had to be re-ordered and would take another month, I received a delivery 2 days later of the right size. They found it in Colorado Springs. Too bad they didn't check there on the first go round...I thought it took longer than it should have from the date of claim report to the completion. I also involved myself in the process to make sure I received the proper fasteners for the shutters. I initially went through the project manager who said he would take care of it, however, the next day, the crew was spray painting 3" wood screws instead of ordering the fasteners I had researched and offered a link to that matched existing. That was disappointing.
ATI did a super professional job Tarping my highly damaged roof after a downspout storm. However later high winds moved all the sandbags around and after notification no action has been taken to repair the Tarping.
The turn around time for questions and scheduling is slow.
They use contractors. Our incident happened just after Thanksgiving. The repairs took a long time. There was a lot of change over with staff, that caused delays.
Yes I would be likely to recommend just keep customer when things change or slow down.
Other than the customer service, there have been a couple issues with communication on arrival and a couple of times that they missed the appointments with the property.
Excellent work excellent communication
The initial response to the mitigation was superb and well handled by the technicians, who went out of their way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. After they left however, a project director with the company arrived and told me all carpeting had to be removed (when only two-three square feet was damaged). The insurance company signed off on a $6000+ claim he entered, I received a check for $1400 from the provider, and all I received after this were excuses and responses an unnamed "third party" was responsible for the holdup. It has been a year now and nothing has happened with this company. Since then, I learned this is a practice utilized before by companies to allegedly defraud both insurance companies and consumers. I was advised by another local company, after they investigated the damage, that all I need is a patch replacement (3 sq ft) of padding and retack of the carpet (which is only two years old), a job costing close to $500-$1000 and maybe takes two hours, but I cannot afford to have them do the work because of the outstanding claim, so the damage in my den remains unrepaired. I would never recommend any company that makes such audacious claims to require every square inch of carpeting in my downstairs level replaced for one small piece of waterlogged padding. Therefore, in spite of the initial work the technicians did to mitigate the water damage, in which I give them top marks, the overall survey is based completely on the lack of follow-up and refusal to engage repairs deemed necessary by my insurance company.
Boston has been very easy to work with, and the crew has been very professional.
The team has been great.
