Even though the project took longer than I expected, the house looks terrific.
Workers didn’t have shoe covers and I had to ask. Drying and blowing equipment dirty. Cut into sink cabinet and I’m just seeing this.
Just horrible I don't even know where to begin it was just the worst experience ever first of all I never even really spoke with anyone directly except for Yvonne the customer service rep.
It took way longer than needed. I had to call the Project Manager several times to light a fire under him. Work was good for the most part, it just took over 3 months to fix my shower.
No communication with Joseph Mead. Not a good experience. It did not go smoothly. We have to keep calling & almost begging for someone to get back to us.
Missed every milestone
Let’s start by lack of communication. Cared deeply about $2000 deductible to show your power and how big and great your cis, insof doing your job. I am in a wheelchair and had to endure 10 weeks for a grade C work. But this survey will be deleted, because I am not happy.
It took almost 2 months to fix a tiny water leak, repair the drywall, paint and replace the carpet. The painting of only one wall with bright white did not match.the other walls ..
Better communication with customer as well internal. One crew did not know let other crew know any info, which extended the time of repair.
No communication or explanation

Our experience with ATI Restoration Las Vegas was very disappointing. Communication was poor, with little to no updates and unreturned messages. The timeline they gave was far too long, and after waiting with no progress, we ended up finding other contractors to complete the work ourselves. The workmanship was minimal and disorganized. The invoice we received does not match the work done, and there are ongoing issues with payment and delivery. While one team member tried to help, the overall service fell well below expectations.

I was told on 2/4/25 that a refund would be forthcoming for the flooring. As of today Thomas Webb told me no refund was received and he would follow up with you. Was not interested in really finding the leak. Walked around in circles looking at the walls. I told them it was a slab leak so should of looked at the ground. I had to keep asking then to go into spaces to look. Was at my house less than 10 minutes. I bought a infrared camera on Amazon for $150 and found the leak within a minute!? I would not use them and also told the insurance company about them.
Probably would not recommend for reconstruction. The remediation team was great, the construction team was ok.
Bad communication, average quality of work, length of project was longer than expected, cost of certain parts of the project were more than expected.
Project not finished
I really miss Oscar. I feel I was updated and not ripped off.
They don't do their job.
I am not happy with the follow-up. The reimbursement for materials paid out of pocket was not paid in a timely manner. In fact, I am still waiting on the reimbursement.
Zero stars. Run, don't walk. Stay away from this company.
They made sure to keep everything clean while doing their work. They were respectful, courteous of my time while I was working from home, and they made sure they kept down the noise.
I would not recommend this company. They are very hard to deal with. There is no communication. The jobs take forever. They are very irresponsible.

The subcontractors that they chose to use was not good. I would not use them again.
They did not adhere to the expectations that were aligned in their estimate. When the team came out to complete the work, they did a very poor job of protecting my home. Doors, walls, kitchen cabinets, paint, and base boards were all damaged. I would never recommend this company to work for another homeowner again.

Todd Mueller was a rude non professional employee representing ATI. Todd was in a hurry to get the contract signed and leave before fully explaining what exactly was covered. Follow ups were vague and as a lead contractor company, representing allstate I was very disappointed. Todd made a comment ATI has DEEP pockets and not to worry. He told us ,my wife and I ,the roof was covered don't worry. After stripping the shingles and underlayment off some wood was in need of replacement 12 pieces approximately. Todd said we had to pay for that out of pocket after saying roof is covered don't worry at the beginning. We were surprised and disappointed after hearing ATI had deep pockets and would not cover the cost. After discussions with Todd and waiting 4 weeks to have our naked bare roof completed we paid the costs. When Todd came out after job was complete to our home and wanted me to sign completion for payment I asked for WRITTEN WARRANTY he said allstate covers it. I told him I'm not signing a blank sheet for anyone. He got pissed turned and walked away without a word. I went out to his company car and asked for an explanation and his attitude and response was rude and unexceptable. I called ATI to complain and was connected to one of the owners Jeff Moore and explained. He told me he would handle it. Never recieved a return call on outcome.These field project managers Todd Mueller and large businesses forget customers are what keep them in business. After this experience with ATI I would never recommended ATI to anyone. I will let anyone who needs this type of company to avoid them whether its in person or media. Bottom line is poor customer serviceAnd poor attitude from Todd Mueller.
ATI fix my house very good but I have to push them and be mad over some stuff before then Boost the job
ATI were fast and efficient, timely and made adjustments to fit our schedule.
