I recently had some mold remediation done Then ATI Restoration Fort Lauderdale came in and Eduardo's team restored the place to like new. I was very pleased with their work. Their employees were professional and courteous, and they did an excellent job.

Cleaning was finished, reconstruction and painting remains unfinished weeks later with no communication.

Terrible experience with their team - communication, work stadards, claims processing and more have left us with very long-term concerns and lots of current state issues.

An inspector from ATI arrived on time, briefed me about what he would inspect and photograph. It was a through inspection.

I am not sure. Two months later, the job has not finished.yet.

Property was damaged by the flooring crew the contracted out and now I’m being ghosted on something that would cost (dollar and time wise( them very little to make right. But they would rather just straight up ignore my calls, texts and emails than even pretend they care about making it right.

They mishandled a great deal of my property, so I would not recommend them.

Prompt, professional and so far my house has no water leaking.

ATI provided top quality service. Charles Mullen, the Project Director was always punctual in answering any question I had. Their crew did a great job and delivered a great final product.

It was absolutely a horrible experience, and they still owe us $100.00 dollars. They ruined our house. They dropped cabinets and broke our tile floor.

Came 8/28/24 referred by AAA Ins., put 4 fans to dry the flooded closet and part of the garage. Came every day to check. After 3rd day, came picked up fans...checked and find the walls still humid....still picked up fans and left. The explanation given to me was nonsense from them as well as AAA. AND till today 9/13/ 24 I have no carpet back in the closet nor floor boards installed again. AAA as well as ATI SHOULD BE A LITTLE MORE EMPATHETIC in cases of elders.

From start to finish we felt that ATI Restoration Chalfont (Mark 1 Restoration) acted honestly, professionally and were very reliable. Everyone, including the senior project manager, the project manager, carpenter, plumber, carpet/tile installer, painters/drywall knew their job and did impressive work.

Dealing with ATI was a great experience from the first phone call to the final sign-off. Mileidy and her team handled all of our belongings with care during the pack-out of our home and they worked with us during the move-in process to make sure that everything was just as it was before (even better in some cases)! Nick was the Project Manager for the restoration of my home and he made the whole experience for us. I am confident to say that because Nick was as clear, quick, and caring with his communication and efforts as he was, it made the whole process worth the wait. He was a blessing to me and my family during these very challenging time and we are so very thankful for him.

Not a lot of my friends have roofs, if they did I would recommend.

English bearer with the workers . Disrespect to our personal things in our home because they didn’t cover things like the should have. Walking on my carpe with their dirty shoes leaving stains that I had to clean up. I do have pictures. Didn’t follow directions majority of the time.

The communication was terrible.

Initial response and cleanup was outstanding. Subsequent efforts to get estimate and schedule repairs were marked by repeatedly broken promises, poor follow up, and ultimately went to another contractor to complete the project. This is particularly disappointing since Cincinnati Insurance recommended ATI

It was the WORST Experience I had dealing with ANY Company in my lifetime. I felt like I was experiencing a DISASTER TWICE!

They arrived on time, were courteous, effectively took care of the damage that was caused by the leak, we had a flood.

my house sat vacant for 4 1/2 months approximately and nothing was done other than when they took everything out in the first 2-3 weeks. told me they needed paper signed. I signed them left them where they told me to leave them. They couldn’t find them and they were sitting on the counter and then they did the permits in october and did them incorrectly that took more time 5-6weeks and I was told that I could change a wall and the cabinet person had the cabinets done for the way we wanted our kitchen and they never told me that I was going to have to pay a certain amount and would happily payed for it. but never told me till i asked about electric and wall, so it ended up costing them more because the cabinet guy had to redo them to the same way they were . I was frequently ignored and not told anything I had to call constantly and then because I told the guy that you know my son-in-law so aggravated over this crap he’s ready to beat something buddy up just in talking and they “said oh we take threat seriously and blah blah blah and so then they started treating me like crap and continued lying and my insurance was going to run out because my house just sat there with nothing being done, I told them you get my house going or I am going to get a lawyer and you guys will pay my mortgage and for housing and then supposedly they did. They didn’t do all of what was on the quotes and they kept after me to sign the end paper sign the in paper saying that it’s done and you’ll get what we didn’t complete back in a check and my daughter $500 William Sonoma pots and pans that had been sitting on top of one of our pieces of furniture for the longest time disappeared and I brought that to their attention and that the fact that it was stolen because they were inside the house and locked and they said will $500 do? I still haven’t received that money but yet they had some nerve to come after me for my co-pay when I had made it way before they ever completed my house to say I called several times and emails sent text trying to get that money that was owed to me that they swindled for my insurance company and still haven’t received anything not to mention the hard time they gave my insurance company when they would ask for information they would drag their feet it is the worst experience ever in my life and I would never ever recommend this company because I even called the main office in California to voice my complaints and to Tampa and not one person in that company would return my calls to talk to me this company is very unprofessional and I don’t appreciate it one bit how they treated me and my family nor how they just let my house sit there and nothing being done for months had me displaced my pets were displaced so no I would not recommend them again.

The executive project director, Jonathan Clark, was great at providing reports, updates, and supplemental documents, he was very thorough.

I would recommend them for the work they did but not for how they followed directions. They told me one thing and did another. My insurance paid them, but there were some things that they broke they didn't pay for. They promised me they were going to fix it, but they didn't. The workers dirtied up my carpet and didn't put anything on their feet. They said someone would come clean my carpet, but they didn't. They broke a faucet and the pantry didn't replace or fix them. I have to replace them.

They were great. They were on time and did the job well. They provided strong communication. I would recommend them to anyone who needs something done.

Reid, who came to the house, was very friendly and very informative. Eduardo and his crew did a great job fixing up my house. I really appreciated it.

I dealt with Bobbie Lay from start to finish, and he was excellent. Anytime I had a question, no matter if it was in the morning or late at night he responded, and the workmanship was great!
