Communication sucked. I filed my claim to NJM in July and I am constantly needing to ask someone for updates and or when the next step is going to be done. Told a particular day, and not one single deadline was met. Not one.

ATI was great to work with. Insurance approvals slowed down the project completion timeline, but everything is beautiful. Communication was good & the subcontractors did amazing work.

Professional, down to earth people

We were told up front by Ron Heverly that the job would take about 5 weeks. It took over 4 months due to poor communication, committing to dates and never showing up.

Communication between different teams could be better. Someone came out to quote the repair before remediation had been completed and I feel like we lost time waiting for updates on project progress to make their way through different people. I also feel that the communication to me could have been better about what stage the project or approvals were in and there was some lack of transparency about what the hold up was in getting my repair quote approved. Everyone was very professional when communicating with me and everyone who actually came to my house to perform work or inspect was great and very easy to work with, I was overall happy working with ATI though I wish the process did not take as long as it did.

You people can't follow directions you threw away stuff you were told not to throw away about 10 times in my dresser that I had since I was born had my.mother's ashes in it along with many valuable things that I had for a very long time you also threw out a hutch from living room that was given to me by my.mother which I also said about 10 times not to throw out but you and your crew who i paid an extra $100 to not throw those things out they took the money and still couldn't follow directions your crew sucks majorly I will never recommend you to anyone

The water remediation and demo went well. The repairs had very caring, thorough oversite and the guy doing the plastering was an "artist." They did a great job at staying on schedule. However some of the repair work was rushed and sloppy and needed to be redone.

Charging my insurance company $1655.63 to throw a tarp over my roof is insane. Your estimate was also just as horrible fixing only a patch on the roof where a tree fell through it is trashy looking work. Also why we did not use your company.
