You didn't show up or call for restoration. We reached out many times, ended going to a competitor. Project is now 3 weeks behind

Sometimes a little difficult to work with because of different players involved. Overall, work done to our satisfaction. Choice of actual contractor doing work very good as they were excellent.

I have always been pleased in past with ATI but this time one employee did not properly instruct a worker on OSHA regulations and contaminated items were not properly removed from my basement before applying new carpet.
ATI has the staff and means to address any issues that may arise at a moments response.
I was bounced between 4 different project managers, communication was minimal unless I reached out, construction crew were subcontracted out and the crew did a subpar performance.
There were things that I very much liked about the company and there were things I was disappointed in.
The work crew s were very good at their job including keeping us in the loop. They were always on time and cleaned up before they left for the day..
Project Manager would not communicate with me. When he did he could be rude. He didn’t do the things he told me about on his first visit. He never came back.
ATI Restoration was prompt and thorough, ensuring the job was done in a timely manner during an already stressful time.
None of the work was done within the time stated in the contract and I had a hard time getting a response to when the work would start (It was completed 10 months after the incident.) The billing system is terrible - this company is apparently very large so there should be a customer portal with an easy way for customers to see what they're paying for with each payment. I had questions about my owed amount but was only able to get a bunch of invoices forwarded to me from the Project Director.

I'm glad it finally worked out for the best but there's no way in **** I would ever deal with you again or ever suggest a friend put up with your BS for a single second.

While I appreciate the quality of the actual work performed — which met expectations — nearly every other aspect of the experience fell short. Communication was inconsistent, scheduling lacked clarity, and the overall process felt disorganized. Professionalism outside of the core task was lacking, and I found myself having to follow up more than I should have. The work itself was good, but everything surrounding it made the experience frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.
The mediation process was excellent but the restoration and repair was a disaster. The lead person was not honest or professional and ended up leaving your company during the restoration. We didn’t complain so it wasn’t because of our project.
A 2 day job was spread out over a month! I think my bathroom turned out good but the other repairs were not done according to the estimate work scope.
Your department was the only part of the company that I was satisfied with. The company ATI and it's representatives have been absolutely horrible

I had a very negative experience with ATI. It not only took five months to complete, but there was a lot of lack of communication and timeliness, and poor quality. They actually left the house in more of a disaster compared to the water damage we had. Because of that, we're having to pay more out of pocket to find someone to complete the job - complete their work, essentially.
The project manager is not someone who I would recommend, but the team was pretty good.
ATI Restoration Chicago had very, very poor in communication between each other and those that are working on the job. I would ask questions, and they did not know what was next, when it would be done, when anything would arrive. There was no communication with me enough that I could understand what was going on. I would also call them and leave a message. Sometimes they were return my call and other times, they would not.

Items damaged, slow to respond but made good in the end. During your aquisition so got lost in transition…slowly made good on issues.
We were very impressed with how quickly ATI arrived on the scene. We called our insurance Tuesday morning and they were there that afternoon.
The crew was on the scene before we got back . They handled our belongings with care and respect.

When Midpoint first arrived on scene it seemed that they would be great - however, after the first day it was like pulling teeth to get any type of communication and then there were complaints that "they told the owner why do they need to tell me too" The owner just watched her entire world torn apart - no matter how I tried or who I asked they would defer to "we communicated that with the owner" and would give me cliff notes to the situation. It was communicated very clearly on the onset that they were to communicate with me. VERY FRUSTRATING
The project manager needs to be assigned from start to finish so the customer who is the end user is working with the same person every single day and can easily call with questions - I didn't figure out who my project manager was until the last phase of the project

The promptness of the experience was wonderful. The laborers were fantastic and ultra courteous. I felt John, the lead was very nice as well. My concerns were around disclosure of costs of service. I am a mortgage lender and disclosures are critical to consumers today.
I never felt like I knew what the costs were going to be? At arrival I provided a deposit, not knowing how much more it was going to cost. I felt very much in the dark about the expense. I signed a disclosure for $1750 in which I didn’t receive a copy of. Paid over the phone immediately. After everything was completed and carpet ripped up and closet doors removed, I was quoted an additional $2300+ dollars to get everything back to normal. I felt the cost was exorbitant. It would have not changed my decision to get the clean up done as I was in a limited option situation.
I have waited two months for a refund and they’re not answering my calls or emails.
On 5 separate occasions, when I voiced concern or unhappiness with delays, I was told "you are welcome to find someone else - we have plenty of work on our plate".
Had multiple no shows when they were supposed to be at the house. Still have paint on the floors that they never cleaned after doing the job. I had to clean the bathroom after their work was done because they failed to do so. Tried calling numerous times just to keep getting the run around. Missing items to hang back up on the walls. Broken furniture when brought back into the house. This entire process was ****.
ATI started contacting me immediately and offered to come that day of I needed them to. All that contacted me and we worked with were professional and did exceptional work. Their concern for our emergency was evident and they did all they could to accommodate our needs.
