I had a tarp installed on the roof. However, it came off. I contacted ATI multiple times, but I was ignored.

Came fast, brought the proper equipment & set up for flooding issues!

Broke dishwasher mount, multiple time
changes for initial visit, was told tech needed to come by to check moisture but instead of a short visit they did demolition without notification causing a panic situation with my wife having to get other people to pick up our kids from school, broke a tile and took it with them so that now whole area has to be removed costing us additional money.

Inspector Nik was very professional and thorough accessing the source of the damage incurred in the ceiling of our dining room!

Brad was my Project Manager and he kept me up tp date on everything. I had new wooden flooring put down after my refrigerator leaked on my old wooden floor. The men that installed it were experts and did a fantastic job! Also, they had a crew that wrapped all my household items to be moved to their wearhouse. After the job, they put the furniture back and and put everything away. The ladies did an excellent job!!

Everything....Professional, all workers did a great job in a timely manner.

It's been over a month n reconstruction still hasn't begun

I told your company several times their services were not needed, explained the situation over, they continue to call, then charged my insurance for the trip, to me that should be insurance fraud.

The management of this project was vaguely engaged. We were told at the start "don't worry, we will take care of everything".
It took a while before I understood the separation of responsibilities, who was doing what. I am not much happier with the USAA claims representative. People took leave without arranging someone else to cover or letting us know they would be out of office or who we could contact, or if we were just waiting.

Concerned with what I see as a case of nepotism. As a couple in our late 70's we were overwhelmed by the home disaster that brought ATI to our home. We trusted USAA and therefore trusted ATI because you were sent by USAA. Belatedly I realize I should have taken more control and made more decisions about who would do what. We were not at all happy with the choice of Custom Carpets for our flooring installation. Again, a lack of supervision and responsibility.

You've not provided my insurance company with the information they requested

Quality work, friendly team and easy to work with. Patient and understanding! PM was good and dealt well with change. Would for sure use and recommend them again!

Speedy respone that minimized damage.

Possibly the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I was given a week estimate that ended up being a 4 week long project. People who had apparently never touched a tool in their life were working on my house. I ended up having to do half of the work by myself just to have it finished in a reasonable time.

Our house, furniture, and clothes were ruined!

The tarp didn't stay on - lasted only 3 days .

Everything was done very professionally with great care to make sure they restored everything just the way we wanted it

They damaged my master bedroom mirror and expensive china cabinet then lied about seeing a video of it broken before they packed my home. My furniture was 2 years old without a broken mirror and damaged china cabinet. I requested to see the video, but my request was ignored. They want to put a lien on my home for a missing check. My bank doesn’t have a copy of the missing check. I sent them $2000 of the $3900 and they resent an invoice requesting $3900. This is fraud. (My son paid $2000 for me.) I owe them $1900 and not $3900. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. I will never ever recommend this company. Presently, I receive disability income only.

All of the workmen were very conscientious, neat, and accomplish their tasks in a timely manner. We were very happy with the final result.

ATI help me to handle all the events after fire accident when I was wondering if I can continue to live a normal life.

We use ATI Restoration Dallas exclusively, based on good experiences so far over the last year. I work directly with Will Pierce, and he is always on top of it.

From start to finish the whole team was great. Mike did a great job of letting us know what to expect from start to finish. He gave a accurate timeline and when delays occurred he let us know immediately and what the problem. Shar helped coordinate the flooring and made it easy to get samples. The crew at our house Cody, Augustine and Danny were excellent getting the house prepped for the replacement flooring. They did a great job putting all our stuff back in place, and all the replacement moulding and finishing looked great. The flooring crew was great, but I did not catch their names.

Project took over a year to do. Project started in 2021 and is still not closed out. The same project took 2 months for another company to do. Contractors very unprofessional and poor communication. Very disappointing

The work was finished in a timely fashion and it looks great.
