Professionalism, communication, availability of resources, ability to look forward/establish creative solutions, and coordination with the appropriate parties.
Trouble shooting associated with project was not comprehensive so now I am dealing with an associated problem that should have been identified during project evaluation and remedied during the initial project.
Outside from all sides
The rebuild process has been lengthy. The individuals working on the drywall have cancelled and rescheduled so many dates, and often times not communicated ahead of time that they will not be showing up that day. While working on the rebuild, I have voiced concerns about the workmanship and was assured that it would be fixed but there are still issues with the appearance of the rebuild.
Communication was awful. The project manager kept saying they would start a certain day and then it would change. He gave many excuses and was not very professional.
Workers did not show up to work. Work was done wrong. There was no containment in 1 bathroom. Work was not finished according to protocol. Very unprofessional
Lied from the start I signed a document that said start on February 10 and finish march 13 didn’t even start until 3rd week of march
I was away during the restoration so my daughter handled it all with your company. Everything turned out beautiful. I am very pleased with all the workers and their managers. Bente Strong.
I have found some baseboards not secure
Timeliness could improve. Also, I gave the project manager Lindsay Johann checks early on. Those checks were lost, and I had to go to my bank to stop payment on them. That was very frustrating, and quite an inconvenience. My overall score would be 4 or 5, but Charlie Fleischacker increased it to 7.

Disappointed with the quality of workmanship, especially the tile on the kitchen and bathroom floor, it could have been a lot more even. Also, the niche in the tub/shower area, the tiles did not fit as evenly as they should have.
The workers were sloppy, they lost all my outlet covers, threw away one of my 8x10 area rugs and it took them three days past the expected day to retrieve their equipment and my numerous calls were also delayed in receiving a response. They also scratched my washing machine.
Sales man was extremely pushy immediately after my fire. Literally lied to me grossly understanding estimate costs at no more than 1500 to board up cost then billed 3500. No safety precautions. Workers Literally boarded up house without a word to family and friends inside house with glass flying everywhere they did not care if anyone was cut. Overload of calls after trying to get me to agree to more overcharge for other types of work on my home. If you want no safety to be overcharged and harassed doing worst event in your life use farrow!
Workers sent to our project were professional and energetic setting up the fans and removing the damaged baseboard and sheetrock. Appreciated their effort.
Tammy Dorsett was the agent who took our claim. As far as the work goes with ATI and the actual mitigation, most everything went fine, albeit a bit longer than anticipated. Things went downhill, however, with your "Preferred Vendor" who was recommended to us for our actually rebuild. Steve Dorsett was a nightmare to work with but was who Tammy recommended stating "ATI is very backed up" and that her husband, Steve, is a "preferred vendor who we use all the time."
If you want further feedback on how this all played out, I'll be happy to discuss, but needless to say, our experience was deeply tainted by working with the Dorsetts.

ATI will continue to be my go-to for emergency restoration, and I will continue to recommend ATI to my colleagues as well.
I was barely contacted about what is next with the project.
The crew was vert professional and efficient.
This simple project was passed off to 3 different subcontractors and the workmanship was sub par to say the least.
Kept changing project managers and did not follow work plan as agreed.
Took a very long time to complete Jobs. Water mitigation was immediate but everything else that followed could have been quicker. They communicated to me that they were very busy but, it took longer than what I would've liked.
