Project communication was very poor. Workmanship was generally very good. However ATI is way short on resources. Project took way too long primarily due to extended gaps where nothing was done between work phases.

ATI said they would do things they did not do. Promised to get started in 2-3 days, but three weeks later had not even scheduled the abatement. Calls, texts and emails were not returned. Documents were not sent as promised. After signing up we were largely ignored. Hence, they were fired.

Work was GREAT. Appointment and Scheduling was less than expected.

The communication with the contractor I was given, was horrendous. I was the one initiating every single step of the process. My contractor wouldn't respond to requests for more information, on multiple accounts. I reached out to corporate multiple times to file complaints, and he would only respond immediately after that.

ATI Restoration communication was excellent from start to finish, and the work performed was exceptional. I plan on using them again for future projects.

Jim was an excellent project manager, the team did excellent work.

All employees were considerate, helpful, polite, timely, and tidy.

Took to long to complete the job

I has given misinformation concerning installation costs. They were inflated and now I am waiting for a refund. Then a very poor leveling was done prior to LVP installation. This has caused joint shifting and cracking noises when walking on the floor. ATI has stated they are willing to repair flooring and waiting on this to be scheduled. Would not recommend this company.

Communication was great and they handled everything with professionalism and care.

Lack of communication

The back patio that you repaired was left with huge gaps to the roof where now squirrels are nesting in the attic.

In such a stressful situation the walked me through everything, they are polite, respectful to my property and my family, they have had so much patience with me with every question I had! I am very happy with the service and final product.

Very competent employees, they work like they care about the project.

The mitigation crew was excellent. I’m a severely handicapped senior. Because of the great work done by the mitigation team I agreed to the ATI repair work via my nurse. I have macular degeneration in my eyes and cannot read what was sent to my cell phone. I requested someone come to my home to help me. . I was aware of my USAA deductible but not for the issues I have now. Was told I had to pay almost $1500 before the work would even begin. I can pay only by check. I have the $1000 deductible. Someone other than Stacie needs to help me. It’s not personal as her hands are probably tied.

The demo part was super amazing!!!! They covered everything, were very professional and got the job done. The rebuild is currently not going great at all. First day they were to be there between 9 and 10. Showed up around 2. Next done supposed to be there at 830, didn’t show up until 930 and was not completed at 5. Drywall done yesterday and nothing covered. My entire kitchen and dining room is covered in drywall dust. Which all my drawers that were pulled out and in the kitchen area along with my clean dishes are completely covered in dust. Today, cabinet people showed up. Wasn’t even aware they were coming. Communication and punctuality is poor.

Communication is not their strong point. Nor is setting or managing expectations. Both are required for good business.

So far the remediation part is done and they were Johnny on the spot getting here

The job wasn’t completed. I still have some of the old tile running down the corner in between the door and closet. Bathtub was never sealed properly so water runs down the wall causing mold. They never did a final walk through with me. Never received toilet paper holder, towel rack that I was charged for. They gave me multiple invoices to pay then months later tried to say I owed another 800 dollars for final invoice not saying what it was for especially since job wasn’t complete.

I used them several years ago and the project went well. I used them in 2025 and the project was a disaster. I was sent a work crew who did terrible work, and that crew wanted to do a smaller scale job, and I was good with that. I came to find out that ATI paid them for the entire job ahead of time, around $2000 or $2200 so they wanted to do the minimum and cut out.
