Purchasing a newly construction home is bound to have some issues, the team at Ashton Woods made those issues easier by addressing those issues quickly.
There are still a few minor issues with our home. Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone we dealt with at Ashton Woods Homes was professional and polite. However, we are still missing towel hangers, the shower head is rusting causing the floor to turn yellow already. We have not lived in our home for two months yet so this should not be happening. The door handles are misaligned as well. Again, overall, the people we dealt with were super nice and professional.
Absolutely I am. From beginning to end this has been a top notch process and incredibly smooth. We worked with Michael Varouh in the sales center and everything he told us was spot on. A true professional and incredibly knowledgable about the process. We worked with Rachel Bouw in the design center who was truly fantastic and incredibly helpful. Steven Powell was our PM and he did an incredible job with our home and answered all questions timely. And Robert Fraga timely answered all warranty requests, accurately explained the process, and got things taken care of in an incredibly efficient and patient manner. We consider this group of folks the A-team and when we buy again, we'd be looking to use the same group! Fantastic job all around.
For the money paid for the house, not really happy with details, also get really basic finishes about 15% more expensive than other builders but get equal or less. Not really a deal
They have been super awesome and cooperative. It was an easy process. It is better than Ryan Homes and Lennar Homes.
All of the people I worked with were great.
Great service and quick response...Robert was very helpful addressing our issues.

Well I was being constantly pressured and threatened about closing on time and losing a $20,000 security deposit that I made in good faith knowing I have a VA loan that was 0% down and this entire experience made me regret going for the second home purchase from ashton woods.
These are quality homes. We love how they don't cut corners to build efficiently. We love the sign of Rules at the entrance of our neighborhood so the workers are held to a higher standard.
I am very satisfied with the quality of the house, the construction, the materials, and all the people that we encountered during this process. I had all my questions answered. All the details were very specific.
They have uneven sub-flooring.
you might wait to send your survey out after all work is completed. we still have some open repair orders pending.
We really liked the floor plans of the Ashton Woods homes, and the model is decorated beautifully. We felt the bar was set a little higher here, compared to other builders in the area.
Quality of the construction is poor. The value/investment compared with final product is a bad deal.
I won't recommend Ashton Woods constructions to anyone in my network.
I won't never purchase a construction from Ashton Woods again.
Our home is very well constructed and we have not seen any major issues. Given our neighborhood had multiple builders, we have seen the difference first hand with other homes having multiple issues.
AW made easy guarantee issues process
Yes, I would absolutely do it!
Kim was excellent and very helpful. Chris was amazing as well and explained everything in detail
Representatives were very professional
I am concerned about the construction being all wood.
The service has been good, but I have some concerns about the quality, speed, and price of construction. Sometimes, I question the purchase.
I would like to express some concerns regarding various aspects of the housing development that are affecting the residents’ quality of life. First, the plants placed in front of the houses are neither aesthetically pleasing nor do they harmonize with the surroundings, which results in an unattractive appearance for the community. Additionally, the club house is too small for the number of residents and lacks adequate recreational areas, limiting the available leisure options.
Furthermore, there is a noticeable shortage of bins for disposing of pet waste, posing an issue for those who walk their dogs in the neighborhood. It is also important to note that the water and electricity pipes are exposed on our properties, which not only reduces our usable space but also negatively impacts the aesthetic appeal of our facades.
In addition, contractors from Spectrum have carried out work in our gardens without proper authorization, creating openings, laying cables, and leaving manholes that further reduce our private green space. These actions, carried out without prior notice or consent, are invasive and have caused considerable discontent among the residents.
Si, todo es genial
Super easy process.
