Brian Kelly is my guy, hands down. I could go on and on. Was told her was the best and he proved to be just that. Pete Vance was thorough in his inspection and wrote-up and cut NO corners. Avaree McNeill and Nailah Hudson were amazing. Professional, courteous, responsive to any concern I had no matter how small. The work done appears solid and aesthetically restored. I am happy I trusted Archer with one of the most traumatic experiences of my life, and the most extensive work done on our home to date—and possibly ever.

They didn't do any of the work. They sent a guy out to do the painting, and the work was so bad, I had to end the project with them. Then the customer service was beyond terrible.

I would recommend depending on who the sub is. I would tell them to ensure they did not get the same contractor we got.

Both the Water Mitigation Team and the Repair Team performed excellent service and communicated what to expect with each visit. Josh on the Water Mitigation team was extremely professional and explained in detail next steps. Ian on the Repair team does expert work and was very professional as well. I’d give the whole experience five stars!

I trusted Archer because they were recommended by the insurance company. To have that big name you have to insure the quality of the work is good.

Archer Restoration did an excellent job. Personnel were extremely professional and personable. Corey was a great lead during the mitigation phase. I can't say enough about Jason Craft. He was excellent in explaining each phase of the process. He went above and beyond for customer service. He was available for questions and addressed issues promptly. Definitely satisfied with the results. Will without a doubt recommend Archer Restoration to anyone.

I hope I never have to go through this process again because it is really troubling.

They only worked 3 hours a day one day a week.

They were very professional, responsive and expedited the cleanup effort process. (Post-flood damage).

Archer was great! They were very accommodating with scheduling, which was especially important as both me and my wife work. We would generally come home each day to find that they had done exactly what they said they would do. The quality of the work was great as well. We never found any issues where we needed them to correct or change something they had done.

On the carpeting I had them come back to flatten down the seams. Against the wall, one end line was not even and is very narrow. The tile looks a little different than the color in the book so the floor does not match the wall and is not straight against the wall.

When they got here they hit the side of our house with a truck, bent gutters, broke off shingles and our flood light hasn't worked since then.

We are very satisfied, they were very prompt and just did a wonderful job.

They were very nice everyone that I talked to and worked with. Except they had a lot of turnover. The project manager and others quit, and nobody would tell me what happened.

The manager was responsive. Even if he was not there, he would call back.

I was very satisfied and I thought they were very professional.

Area Of Satisfaction - Once I voiced these concerns to Keith, he took over and after that, things went very smoothly and I never had to worry about anything. Keith was so wonderful to work with and he alone turned this into a more pleasant experience.
