I trusted Archer because they were recommended by the insurance company. To have that big name you have to insure the quality of the work is good.
Archer Restoration did an excellent job. Personnel were extremely professional and personable. Corey was a great lead during the mitigation phase. I can't say enough about Jason Craft. He was excellent in explaining each phase of the process. He went above and beyond for customer service. He was available for questions and addressed issues promptly. Definitely satisfied with the results. Will without a doubt recommend Archer Restoration to anyone.
Not really. Very disappointed with the whole process. Will not use them again it recommend them.
I hope I never have to go through this process again because it is really troubling.
They only worked 3 hours a day one day a week.
They were very professional, responsive and expedited the cleanup effort process. (Post-flood damage).
Archer was great! They were very accommodating with scheduling, which was especially important as both me and my wife work. We would generally come home each day to find that they had done exactly what they said they would do. The quality of the work was great as well. We never found any issues where we needed them to correct or change something they had done.
On the carpeting I had them come back to flatten down the seams. Against the wall, one end line was not even and is very narrow. The tile looks a little different than the color in the book so the floor does not match the wall and is not straight against the wall.
When they got here they hit the side of our house with a truck, bent gutters, broke off shingles and our flood light hasn't worked since then.
We are very satisfied, they were very prompt and just did a wonderful job.
They were very nice everyone that I talked to and worked with. Except they had a lot of turnover. The project manager and others quit, and nobody would tell me what happened.
The manager was responsive. Even if he was not there, he would call back.
