The total experience was very good, no bumps or delays.

They cleaned up outside pretty good. However they had to replace a couple of spots of plywood over my garage. There was a lot debris left over in the garage. If communicated I would have let them go in and clean that up. It was all over my car in the garage.

I'd recommend them to a friend because they were very professional and thorough.

They don't know what they're doing, it was horrible. They put a piece of plastic, and it cost fourteen thousand dollars. I had to hire another people to tear it off and put another. They totally ringed it, and they didn't fix it, and put a plastic, so water was coming inside the house. I had to hire another people to come out to put the roof on, and it cost me a lot of money. It was horrible.

I am not a racist person, but the people who came to do the roofing, only one person could speak English, and he was not there the whole time. I had a couple of questions, and I had to basically wait until he came back to pick the big trailer they put all the stuff in to ask my questions.

I can't say enough good things about this company. Robert is awesome!! He handled everything from start to finish. He basically served as our general contractor for the entire project. We put on an F-Wave roof. It is costly but after 4 roofs in 15 years due to hail damage, we wanted something that was almost indestructible. The roof is beautiful!!

The workman ship and professionalism

Arrived on time. Did good work.

I was told permits were pulled for my project but ultimately were not. When my local government and I inquired about the permits to be paid they declined to pay them. The work itself was good although they did drop some debris into my house through a skylight window. Luckily I was home and able to clean it up.

It took so long for them to fix the issue. It was not the guy's fault, it was the insurance. We wanted to get the whole roof done because it will come apart again.

They took my desire for nails and debris to be picked up seriously. Both the job foreman and the Apple contractor inspected the finished roof from the roof top to assure quality of work.

I had one incident called Conner and it was fixed the next. Conner is personal and care for the customer and the process. The roofers were awesome cleaned up the materials and driveway was cleaned as well as yard. Excellent job!!

The service was outstanding

Jose Ortega took great care of me! We got tired of cleaning our gutters out every time our big trees shed their spring seeds. Jose got me on the schedule just a couple days later, and their guys were done adding gutter guards in an hour. The price was reasonable, and Jose didn’t pressure us to buy new roof or gutters.

I thought they did a very professional job. The agent you sent out was very friendly, thorough, and easy to talk to, I was very satisfied with the work the crews did. Koner was a plus ! Thank you
