If Apple Roofing was not recommended to us thru our insurance, we would not have used them. Their price was high, but that is less impactful to us personally since insurance covered the scope. Their subcontracted labor worked extremely hard, but the finishing touches on edges and sheet metal work, then lack of attention to detail with picking up nails around our kids' trampoline was disappointing. The sales person made things right as best he could and personally cleaned up over 200 nails the day following installation. Their standards compared to our expectations was not where we feel like it should be.

Really like the product

Jon Maag was great to work with through repairs from storm damage to our wall and siding in June 2024 and hail damage in April 2025. Both repairs were handled professionally and look great. Communication was excellent throughout both experiences. The company is BBB and a bonded company. I trust them.

They did a good job. They checked my roof, and it is not leaking right now.

If I had not been there watching the work as it progressed , I feel that the quality of the work would have been substandard. There were 17 extra bundles of shingles and various other overages. No one has contacted me after the job was completed, and materials were left in my driveway. Blocking my garage. My gutter was damaged and to this point has not been repaired. The nail damage through the soffit was extreme. I was told that it would be repaired or painted, and that that may take a couple weeks which I understand. But to this point I have not heard anything about it.

Apple Roofing - Florida was great. They told me that they would need to match up my tiles, and it would take a week or two. They were actually able to come the very next day and got it done in a day or two. They were in and out pretty quick, even thought they got rained out twice. They also worked on two of my neighbors homes and they also did a great there. Apple Roofing is quick and efficient, and I would highly recommend them.

Apple Roofing is amazing. From beginning to end, Jared took care of everything. He even looked at the house records to see if there were things we could get done that were still under warranty. We are really thrilled with their service. Their customer service is amazing. We are not in the area right now to see the project. They sent us pictures and were constantly communicating with us.

I’m happy with the quality of the solar attic fan and the work. I’m disappointed in the results. I was led to believe that the combination of the fan and the insulation above my garage would make a significant difference in the temp in my garage. It didn’t.

If you say you’ll be here on Monday, I expect you to be here on Monday. Maybe Tuesday is okay, but not Thursday and after seven to ten calls and emails.

This is the easiest transaction I've ever made. It was a gift for somebody. I am not in that area. I saw the ad, and the guy went out and looked, gave us a price, we slept on it, and the next morning I said, Let's go, and it was done before the next rain we had. The next rain would have done the roof in. We got it just in time. I am very relieved. I had a whole lot on my plate, and that took a lot off my plate. I am just so relieved.
