Crew ran over one of my downspouts, bent another one in the backyard, broke a sprinkler valve hatch on my porch, broke all of my edge lights

It was a procrastinated process, and there seems to be a real lack of communication, not only with me but among the people who did the actual roof.

Jorge installed my roof 3 years ago, and it went through a hurricane. They do super fantastic work. I am really pleased with what they do and what they did this last time. It was efficient and clean. They left quietly. I didn't even know they were here or had left. I went outside, and they were gone.

Working with Jorge was an easy. Great communication and he made sure everything was done to my liking.

Apple has done a great job for us after the Sept. storm in McCook, as they did after the storm 2 years ago. We have already recommended them to a friend that contracted with Apple to repair her home.

Brian was very thorough and made us feel like he "had our backs" through the process. Also, the crew got the work done in less than the amount of time originally thought that it would take.

They were convenient, good recommendations, good communication, and fast service, all that good stuff!

If you carefully read my responses to your questions, I think it is quite evident why I would not recommend Apple Roofing. All of Apple Roofing should be more like John Barbosa.

I highly recommend Apple Roofing.
I developed several leaks in my roof in the middle of hurricane season in Southwest Florida. I was hesitant to begin a roof replacement worried that a storm would come and my new roof would not be in place however as soon as the contract was signed Apple Roofing expeditiously worked to replace my roof in a timely manner. Everyone from Gerald Oriano in Sales, the Office Staff, and the Crew working on the roof were all very professional with excellent customer service.

The experience was quick overall. The managers did a good job answering questions and usually showed up when they said they were coming by. The crew worked fast and did a good job. Clean up, especially nails, was severely lacking. Months later and I'm still finding nails that could have been found with a magnet, but they didn't have one.

My roof repair was completed quickly but the roofer forgot to install a wooden support so they will need to rip out the new shingles and do a second repair. I don't yet have a date for the second repair. Gutter install seems to be good.

Did not do a good job cleaning up ruined a chimney for the water heater fell on a planter box left Coca-Cola cans in the trees

Your internal communication leaves a lot to be desired. One team shows up to fix the problem, and another shows up hours later thinking they are supposed to do it.

I can’t comment about the quality of the work, as it will take a rainfall to determine if the leak had been properly fixed.

I have been through so many different people trying to get my roof and siding done. Everybody tells me different things, and when they say that somebody will get back with me, nobody gets back with me. I wouldn't use Apple Roofing again.

Apple Roofing is the only roofing company I will use. They do expert work, and they honor their warranties. I have had 2 minor problems during the current warranty period. On both occasions they made the repairs within a day of my phone call.

Tyler is who I worked with. He did an excellent job and I couldn't have asked for someone better to work with.

Zach was great to work with. Clean up wasn't great, though I know they tried, still my kids and I have been picking up tons of plastic strips and nails. Ultimately, how my roof performs over the next 10 years will determine whether I recommend Apple, so far, it's a yes.
