The communication between departments, contractors was poor which as customer led to inconvenience

Apple Roofing is a great company to work with. Dawson kept me informed of each step in the project, the job was completed on time, and they cleaned up the yard nicely. Highly recommended!

Not changing contact mid engagement, follow through with communication. We had roofers show up with no notice the day before.

Apple is only out for sales and does not care about the quality of their work. The roofing team is the only good portion of this entire encounter. Funny how only a siding permit was pulled AFTER work completed but no permit for the roof.

Personnel are professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

Work was good, signed a contract for one price, they tried to jack the final invoice up.

Everything was professional and timely from start to finish.

My overall experience with this company was poor. The workers onsite had total disregard for my property while working on the project. They left debris and trash (peanut shells, cigarette butts, water bottles, soda cans, etc.) scattered about my lawn. I take pride in maintaining my lawn and they showed little regard for it. I complained to the company with little to no results so I took matters into my own hands and had a very frank discussion with the entire crew. They got the message; but it shouldn’t have had to come to that. I’m paying top dollar for a job and I expect professionalism from the staff providing the service. I will never use this company again.

You need to up communication with the homeowner if you want a recommendation.

It was just accurate. They did what they said they were going to do, and they did a good job.

Angelica Contreras was fantastic to deal with as a project manager. She was polite, considerate, professional, and responsive.

Great communication and expertise/knowledge. Very patient and really took the time to explain everything, which is greatly appreciated especially for a first time home owner. Was very flexible with scheduling and really did their best to fit in the repairs in between rainstorms. Transparent pricing (all info was presented before). Overall, great service. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I work with Ray Graff. He is a great guy, and he always responds quickly. He always takes care of the job. I've worked with him several times.
