I am a general contractor and have been working with the team at apple roofing for many years. They are an extremely professional roofing company in a sea of roofing contractors that in many ways ave failed this part of the country. In my opinion, Apple Roofing stand alone in honesty, work ethic, reputation, and a genuinely great product. They have always done what they said they were going to do and have always backed up their materials and workmanship. Not only do I recommend them to all of my clients needing roofing work , I have used them on my own home.

Very unprofessional lied to me from the beginning didn’t do what you said you would very disappointed with it

Apple started my repair on my siding on Friday and didn’t finish. They left the siding on my grass which made grass look bad. My son had to move it.

The work done on my house was excellent, and the customer service was fantastic. Easily recommend as excellent. I will certainly contact them again for any future roofing needs.

The work done was ok, it was the communication and scheduling that was poor.

The work was done too fast, and the property had trash on it. The attic has trash in it. They left a hole in the roof and covered it up with tar paper and shingles. I will have to patch from inside the attic now. They used too many nails in the roof. Before the roof was done, there were hardly any nails that went through the wood. Now I have them all over, sticking through the wood. There was excessive use of a nail gun.

Overall great job. A few things to improve: 1. Create and submit a Safety Plan. 2. Better at site logistics. There was a parking fiasco on the first day. This could have been avoided with better planning and communication. 3. We received a complaint that material was left behind in an owner's designated parking spot, causing them to park off site. 4. Make it mandatory for your combination of crews to wear Apple Roofing shirts. This will make you look like one company instead of five different companies. 5. Submit a Warranty & Operation Manual at the end of the job, listing what material was used, along with material and craftmanship warranities.

Actual work was great, but cleanup was very delayed and the delay wasn't communicated. This was from their subcontractors.

For the most part, they did a good job, taking only a day to complete.They were mostly conscientious of protecting my things and cleaning up. However, the only negatives were (1) the workers did not pay enough attention to the plants along the sides of my house, allowing debris to fall from the roof and break them, and (2) even though they swept the ground with magnets, I have found dozens of nails with plastic caps and shiny circular metal pieces with staples in them, along with of course black roofing paper scraps. They need to be a little more focuse don those details

Brian Flanagan, Robert Baldwin, and the team at Apple Roofing did an outstanding job from start to finish. We went through a very challenging insurance claim process that lasted over 11 months, and Brian and his team were with us every step of the way. They helped us navigate the process, gathered and submitted the necessary documentation, and attended all three inspections.

They also took detailed photos, maintained consistent communication with our insurance company, and ensured everything required was provided promptly and accurately. Throughout a long and often frustrating process, they were reliable, responsive, and steady advocates for us.

Once the claim was approved, their crew completed the roof replacement with high-quality workmanship, and we’re very pleased with the final result.

Great communication

Setup and scheduling was clear and efficient. Re-roofing was timely and efficient. My only (minor) complaint is they did a good job cleaning up, but left a few trimmed branches laying around.
