All of the people at Apple Roofing were very nice.

It was not done in a timely manner. It took them three and a half months to get the siding put on my house. The first time, they ordered the wrong siding, and Apple Roofing was going to install it even though it wasn’t correct. It then took another two and a half months to get the right siding, and now the color is mismatched. I can’t get anyone to respond or call me back, and that’s been going on for almost a month now. It’ll be a full month on January 10th.

Better communication. I had to call every week to get the status of my repair.

They left my front yard cleaner than when they got here. There wasn't even a leaf left on the lawn. I was amazed. They put down the tarps, and everything landed on the tarps, and they rolled up the tarps and took them all away.

Mainly due to what I consider poor communication on the project and follow up. I felt like I was on a very long list of clients and didn’t get the response expected. I went with Apple because I was told the claim process would be seamless because Apple is preferred contractor. I did not find that to be the case at all. It was a very choppy claim process with lots of confusion on status. I never met the consultant on the project not once.
However the contract who completed the project was efficient and professional so my rating is mixed.

Apple Roofing completed my roof promptly and cleaned up after themselves well. I wasn't home, but I spoke with Josh Brown during the project, who was very courteous and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

Didn't know how to install gutters, arrived unannounced one day and scared my wife while she was still in bed and the flashing along the chimney was not dome. They stayed that they left the flashing to the chimney company to do. It was Apples responsibility to replace all necessary flashing.

They didn't clean up completely.

Our sliding door was damaged by the patio concrete company. They were thankfully willing to pay for it but it required a bit of back and forth with them and Apple Roofing. Benjamin was very professional and communicative throughout the whole process. Very relieved it was taken care of correctly!
