This was not the same company I used in 2019 to replace my roof. Communication issues, delays and workmanship very questionable on most recent repair.

Their customer service was outstanding, and the time they were able to get it done.

They got the roof done in a very timely and quick manner and were very friendly!

They were really good to me. They came right out after my roof got blown away and got the limbs off and got it covered. I am really happy with them.

Apple charged me 3 times the rate another contractor quoted... I had already signed contract before receiving other quote

I feel like I paid Jon Maag, the project manager for absolutely nothing. He left me hanging for weeks without any info on details of installation. And didn't show up when work was being done. Afterwards I noticed the wrong ridge shingles were used. I would recommend people use a local roofing company to their area and NOT use Apple.

When the project was worked on, the workers worked quickly, very hard in very hot Nebraska weather. Picked up debris very well.

They are very conscientious of the clean-up and have great skills.

They were diligent. They did a good job and were good communicators.

I can’t imagine better people to work with. Would give 6 Stars if I could!

Even though ours was just a small gutter job, we are pleased with the outcome. We would use them again and would recommend to acquaintances.

They need to take the pliers away from the workers and just let them use their hammers. They cut wires that they were not supposed to.
