The experience was quick overall. The managers did a good job answering questions and usually showed up when they said they were coming by. The crew worked fast and did a good job. Clean up, especially nails, was severely lacking. Months later and I'm still finding nails that could have been found with a magnet, but they didn't have one.

My roof repair was completed quickly but the roofer forgot to install a wooden support so they will need to rip out the new shingles and do a second repair. I don't yet have a date for the second repair. Gutter install seems to be good.

Did not do a good job cleaning up ruined a chimney for the water heater fell on a planter box left Coca-Cola cans in the trees

Tyler is who I worked with. He did an excellent job and I couldn't have asked for someone better to work with.

Zach was great to work with. Clean up wasn't great, though I know they tried, still my kids and I have been picking up tons of plastic strips and nails. Ultimately, how my roof performs over the next 10 years will determine whether I recommend Apple, so far, it's a yes.

We are very pleased with the quality of the work done on our roof. Other than delays due to another job the crew was
working on once they were able to get started the job from start to finish was done in a very timely manner. They protected our
property and replaced everything where it was when they started. They cleaned everything up and we are pleased with the results.

Nathan was fantastic and very informative. He was really the reason we proceeded with Apple Roofing. He kept us updated throughout and was always available if needed. This is our first house and we had no clue what we were doing, so having someone guide us was extremely helpful.

The wrong shingles were installed on the house and the did not attempt the repair on the garage. I am still waiting for the job to be done correctly and completed.
