Very thorough inspection of the roof for my buyer -
Everything about the evaluation of our roof, interaction with our insurance agency (USAA) and completion of repairs were terrific.
When selling my home, I was told by an inspector that I needed to replace shingles and complete other work to my room. Apex roofing came the next day after I called them. The roofer informed me that the inspector was incorrect and had to only seal a few shingles that was lifted. Their honesty and quick response was very impressive and would recommend them highly.
I had used a different roofing company six months prior and they were unable to perform needed repairs. Apex Roofing was able to handle a difficult task completely to my satisfaction.
I think they did great, the only thing I would like is if their sales reps would follow up and reach out to check on the process.
