My mother had ordered windows from the company two years prior to my ordering windows and when the representative came in he knew--he had been in the house he had known where he and my mom had sat, and he knew exactly what he ordered for her. The fact that he had a such a personal experience from my mom, who has since passed away, meant a great deal to me.

The quality and workmanship of windows are great. They do what they say they're going to do, they keep the sound and weather out.
