I got many different statements on timing and cost of project.
I wouldn't have a need to recommend them.

This is the absolute worst company that I have done business with . The metal roof that was "installed" on our cabin in Overgaard looks like it was done by kindergarteners. Workmanship was very poor quality, as said by another independent roofer. Would NOT ever recommend this company to anyone with a brain..

For such a small job it took way too long. I had some general questions on the cost difference between material for countertops (Laminate vs Granite). Took almost 2 months to get an answer on this.

No, I would not recommend ATI to a friend. I felt the repair required too much management from the homeowner. The ATI representative was not around the job site and did not check on the work completed by their sub-contractor for the roof.
American Technologies did an excellent job fixing our water-damaged kitchen cabinets. They were very professional, helpful, nice and did quality work! The contractors were extremely pleasant and were conscientious about doing quality work and ensuring they cleaned up their messes daily. Everyone showed up on time every day and completed the project quicker than I anticipated. This was a most positive experience!!!
I have received quite a few solicitations for a survey and I am hoping that this will be the last time.
I made this job harder for them by wanting to change from flat to glossy on my ceiling. It did not look good and revealed many of the imperfections from the repair. Winter had his guys come back and redo the repair and repaint my ceiling again. I was amazed at the level of service and their dedication to get the job done and make it look like nothing happened. Thanks guys!

I thought they were particularly professional. If any kind of bobble came up in the process or anything they immediately fix it. They would was not included but they said we'll see what we can do. They went out of their way to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction and on a timely basis.
While ultimately the repairs were done satisfactorily, it took too many phone calls, visits, and discussions to get it done correctly. This was particularly true in the floor replacement portion of the project.
The complete staff was very courteous and really understood my needs and timeline to resolve quoted repairs. This was the first time I had to use such a service and hopefully the last, due to a house fire in which just about 90% of the property was rebuilt. I asked about some minor changes since they were just about rebuilding the whole house and they understood my ideas and accommodated to most of my requests, within reason due to a budget set by my insurance company. I am very pleased with the work, I had a few contractors look at it and they were truly impressed with the quality. Again within guidelines. I would indeed recommend this company to anyone. Ask for Eric and Jim to take lead in the work. You will be very pleased as I was. I believe because of the outstanding job, my house went up on the market and sold within a month and a half.
